This place has hit or miss service. After taking my order, the cashier lost or threw out my ticket order. A lot of people were waiting for their food. Eventually a couple of the customers went up to the cashier and handed them their receipts, as he had lost their order. I hoped that they didnt lose my order so I waited 15 minutes. Then I noticed the employees were just standing around, not doing anything. I found out they had lost my ticket as well. Once I gave them my receipt they filled the order in under a minute, making the 15 minutes I had waited seem pointless. Oh and they got my side order wrong as well. This experience was terrible, if I had thrown out my receipt I would have gotten nothing. Never have I ever had to show my receipt to a restaurant in order to have them remember what I ordered. I will not come here again.. Good food bad service.

Waited over 30 minutes for 2 tender meals. Well closer to 25 since the customer before me took extremely long to place his order, and the staff didnt want to open the other register. The staff were slow and couldnt get any order correct, the 5 customers I was there with had to repeat there orders multiple times after they were placed. Furthermore, 3 customers were severed before me, and I received my order before the customer who ordered prior to me. Worse still was the actual food. Normally I enjoy Popeyes, but this location is by far the absolute worst fast food I have had the displeasure of eating

2 PIECE TUESDAY On Tuesdays Popeyes has a 2 piece special for $ 1.99 ! Regular or Spicy Mmm Hmm... Along with there new dipping sauce called SWEET HEAT. Yum! The flavors combined are to die for. By the time Tuesday rolls around every week youll be craving to get your TWO PIECE TUESDAY on & for that Low $ ...... Tuesdays are suddenly not a boring day a week anymore. I also would like to give a special Shout Out! To Miss JADA for some sweet customer service that you get with a smile @ Popeyes Priest & Baseline location in Tempe.

Went here today (drive through), noticed the guy filling our order seemed a little odd and shifty. Wasnt quite sure what was up so we just took our food and drove out. Came home and found out that the order was wrong and my card was charged for $5 more than the total he told me at the window. Its 5 bucks so whatever, but thats cheating and I will never go back to a place that employs unethical people.

I ordered two meals and stood in the back for my order. Later on another customer came in ordered, got his order and left. I walked up to the counter and asked about my order and the asked what was my order. They were apologetic and I got my order. Chicken was great, just a little mix up on completing the order, not a big problem, I would definitely go back.

Terrible slow service. Misleading vegetarian items. Keep in mind their mashed patatoes have pork grave and green beans have sausage bits. When I asked them if green beans is vegetarian, they told me YES, when its not. They will give you 3 or 5 tenders with no sauce, neither would they bother to ask you if you want sauce. Go to churchs or Kfc instead.

Love Popeyes, but this location is awful. Took 20 mins to get a 3 PC dinner and for 15 of those mins I didnt see anyone else in the building except the guy taking orders. Then all of a sudden 4,more people including the manager show up. Still only one helps with 5 people waiting for orders.

This place sucks ass!!!!! It has literally taken 20 minutes I repeat 20 minutes to get two three piece meals, unacceptable especially when they arent even busy, seriously were the only ones in line. Save yourself the trouble and the time and go to another location! You will thank me.

I crave fried chicken so I search pop eyes location. Found this one opened 24 hours. It was a little hard to find, coz its this tiny place behind the gas station. I went thru their drive thru and it was very fast! Fried chicken was great as expected! But they didnt have Jambalaya.

Normally delicious. Tried the waffle battered chicken tenders. Had to wait while they made more. Maybe if they wouldnt have over cooked them it wouldnt have taken so long. Didnt get the maple honey sauce even though we asked for it and no spoons with our order.

Went to get 12 pc fmly deal. She talked me into 11pc to save 4 dollars. What I got was an 8pc and had to wait to get spicy. Also they trhow the biscuits in with the chicken to save boxes I guess. Count your chickens before you depart to go.
