I have had 2 bad experiences at Popeyes, my first experience I ordered a 16 piece box of chicken tenders for the family, got home and had only 3 full pieces of tenders and 13 pieces of fried breading, I took it back and they gave me a new box of tenders and a couple of apple pies things for my troubles, 2nd horrible experience I ordered a 16 piece box of bone in chicken and the ticket was placed at 5:44pm she said they were waiting on fresh chicken and it would be 4-5 minutes, while we waited not one employee washed their hands they took the dirty trays from the lobby and put them on top of the clean trays and then we waited some more we didnt get our meal until 6:34 while numerous people got their orders before us... We got 3 apple pie thingy for our wait! NEVER AGAIN!

LAZY STAFF!!! I ordered my favorite, a #10 combo with mash potatoes and a sweet tea. I drove home, opened my box and was disappointed to discover only a few cold shrimps in the box and a dry biscuit. No potatoes. Yalls phone line is busy, so I couldnt call in a complaint. I had a long day, dont get out eat out much, so this is frustrating and I dont want to spend another 15 minutes in the car to get something fixed that shouldve been right in the first place. I dont have a problem waiting for fresh food, I have a problem when I get the last few cold shrimp and yall call it good because youre too lazy to make more, and your drive thru times are too important for your staff to ask a customer to wait for fresh food. Train your staff.

Im the only customer in the store, Im using a coupon. Not only am I in the store for almost 15 minutes, I had to wait for the employees to locate a manager, whom happens to be outside in his car on his phone(they had to search for him for about 8 of those minutes). And for some reason, they still managed to get my order wrong. Why should I get the raw end of the deal, if the employees dont know how to take an order properly, the sad part, they read it back to me about 4 times. Love going to popeyes, this location just seems to have a lot of issues...not the first time they didnt get my order right, or Ive had to wait for quite a while (even if area of food prep is full). Just sad!

Popeyes should start doing business as "Pop you in the Eye." This restaurant is a complete joke. Went through the drive-thru, thinking it would be a quick in and out experience, but ended up leaving with no food. Ordered a number (9) chicken nugget meal, was advised it would be 3 minute wait (ok, thats fine), when I got to the window, the rep asked me to park in the lot around the corner. Ended up waiting 15 minutes, no one came out to bring my food. Waited another 5, and then I just left. Complete waste of time and money. Should I have went back in? Sure, but I didnt have anymore time to waste. Completely, irresponsible staff, that doesnt follow up on orders.

waited over 15 minutes for order in. (several people got their food that arrived after me) I approached the counter to ask about my order... some b*tch of a woman said ive only been filling orders that had tickets. I said mine must have gotten missed. She slapped my order together throwing the food onto the tray spilling fries all over. She then gave me tenders when I ordered bone in chicken. She promptly showed me my receipt and said no you didnt. Person ringing must have rang in wrong. Worst customer service I have ever received. Avoid this location at all costs.

Its good food when they get your order right, but that almost never happens, and they take forever to get your order to you. On one occasion it took almost 30 minutes to get two orders of 3 piece meal. I felt bad too because there were people there that had ordered before me and still hadnt gotten their food before I got mine. At the same visit there was a huge spill right in front of the drink counter. They had a "wet floor" sign up, but there were two employees walking around the area talking, didnt pay any attention to the spill. Very unprofessional staff.

Approaching the counter to order, a group of my friends sat in line for roughly 10 minutes before having our order taken. In the back the manager sat in the phone, not assisting the team or making sure they were on task. I counted six employees working the back of the resturaunt while a checker struggled to take orders. The back-staff was chatting on their headsets and the whole team didnt seem to care about customers. Compared to other Popeyes restaurants its a barn fire of an experience.

New Popeyes open at 12th and Lincoln in Ogden. Lines are long but service was fast. Paid $8.50 for a shrimp and fish combo, asked for mild but it was hot. The portions were pitifully small. Flavor was bland (other than a little heat) and the shrimp tasted like plastic. Fried Chicken was good - juicy and not greasy - but also bland. The sauces such as Louisiana hot sauce, buffalo, etc. and their Sparkle Seasoning Packets was what really added the flavor. I will not be back anytime soon.

On a Saturday afternoon you would think the crew would be working hard to ensure a timely turn around from ordering to serving food. Everyone of the staff was soooo sllooowwwww! Service was definitely better when they first opened. Only one cashier for a line out the door, and it took us 40 minutes to get our food after placing our order. We love the food and the franchise, but some kind of training or review of team performance needs to be done.

Very, very slow. They are always slow to take orders and prepare food, but tolerable unless there is someone else in line. The last 3 times we are here they either havent had coleslaw or told us it was bad. They finally had corn for this visit, but I should have passed on it. It was so over cooked it lost all its corn flavor. Even salt and butter couldnt help. The people are always nice and friendly, which is why they didnt get 1 star.

Wait in the drive thru for 10 minutes to be told the chicken I ordered would be another 15 or 20 minutes and the manager who was standing right there couldnt even tell us himself! To think I waited all these years to get a Popeyes in Ogden... What a joke! Still waiting for a phone call from a district manager. My next call will be to corporate because this isnt the first bad experience at this location.

Extremely poor! We used to love coming and eating at Popeyes after Church. However last Sunday it took 25 minutes to get our order. This Sunday was even worse they completely lost our order and then was reluctant to fulfill the order or even give a refund. I can honestly say we will not be back for a aweful third experience! Poor customer service and the kitchen floor was a mess.

I have been here twice and both times they forgot my sauces, and the second time, I had 3 orders of chicken and they forgot one WHOLE order! I had to go back, and ask for straws and sauces and argue with the employee about why I need sauce! Im seriously so upset. I didnt get what I ordered. If I could, I would give them no stars. This location sucks.
