If you stop in here, count the change they give you. Stopped in for some wings for me and 2 pc meal for my wife. Were told we would have a 10.5 minute wait for the wings, we said thats fine because I love wings but when my wife ordered a 2 piece meal the cashier said it would be a 5 minute wait for the baked beans and the original recipe would be 15 minutes.........duh whats 10.5 - 5? thats not where the bad math stopped. After waiting 15 minutes for our food (they ended up giving my wife extra crispy cause the original was still not done) we took our food and drove home. When I opened my wings I thought they looked a tad skimpy and made a quick count(I have never considered doing this before now) and sure enough "9" wings not ten. I wonder, do they "think" I cant count or is it the employees have a problem with simple math, or is this a ploy by management to boost the bottom line? Have any one of you ever counted the number of pieces you get?????? thats what I thought. This location is very convenient for us but considering that this was not the first time (or 3rd or 4th) I am done giving these people another chance, and the store is filthy every time I go in there. floors slick with grease and sticky tables, trash on the floors and the counters so full of products they are trying to push you can barely see the cashier. My advice, just head south about 3-4 miles on the same side of the road and see what a difference a couple miles makes. Same thing if you head down Riverdale road by Maceys, there is a KFC there with hands down better service and food.

Im not generally one to write reviews unless a business stands out in a positive, or negative way. The KFC in Roy stands out negatively. The food is great, the service is generally quick, and the staff is always friendly. What upsets me about this particular KFC is that they can never seem to get my order right. Ive never had to go a fast food restaurant (not even McDonalds) and come home to find parts of my order missing so many times. Ive given them chances, Ive called and told them politely, but its never different. Im sure they owe me well over $100 in food by now, and its ridiculous. You purchase a meal, and they never give me a complete "meal". Its 3 items, and honestly is not that complicated. You order a meal large, its supposed to come with a large side, plus an extra side - I always have to bring it up, because they never know unless theyre reminded. Again, great food, great staff, quick service. But they dont pay attention, and its happened enough for me to finally write a review, its stressful and upsetting that I need to start checking my bag every time to ensure the food they had no problem charging me for, is included in my order. End rant.

I also would give this KFC a zero if I could. They messed up my first order so badly, I ended up with a replacement order. When I went to collect the replacement order, they messed it up to the point that I couldnt help but point out to them that this was why we had received the replacement to begin with. We were there on a Monday evening and they were out of cookies, butter, and honey and they didnt have any chicken breasts cooked. Hello? How does KFC not have chicken breasts ready to sell and why would I want a biscuit if there is nothing to put on it? Also, the dining room floor was so filthy and sticky my shoes made noise as I walked across the floor. It took 45 minutes to get my food!!! I waited 25 minutes for chicken breasts to cook and when I went up front to get my food, they told me they had sold all the chicken breasts and I would have to wait another 20 minutes for more. What happened to serving customers in order? I too would rather swallow a battery than eat there again and when it closes and turns into a Maverik, I will be stopping by to get a Slurpee.

This restaurant was flithy. Grease on bathroom floors, every table was dirty, trash over flowing. Food all over prep floor also. The young gentleman working the front counter "ROCK STAR", HE TOOK OUR ORDER, FILLED OUR ORDER, THEN WENT TO DINING ROOM AND WASHED TABLES, PICKED UP, AND TOOK OUT TRASH. ALL while rest of employees including mgr. stood behimd counter, in office, or playing at drive thru. When we asked to speak to mgr, another young man (which was supposed to be working drive thru) came over. Then front counter gentleman was instructed to clean restrooms, lobby, dining, and trash. Additionally, after reading the other reviews owners might want tp seriously rethink staff. Extremely sad excuse for restaurant and more so management! Pics attached

The stars are for the food only. The workers were slow to get our orders, slow to start cooking, and slow to deliver the order. It wasnt crowded, especially for a Saturday afternoon, probably because everyone else has learned to eat elsewhere. It ended up taking 15 minutes to get our order and a mere 30 minutes later we got our food all the while the kids turned savage and had to be fed from a safe distance until they settled. I will avoid this place in the future, figured Id try to save someone else the pain. If you see the flaming gay liberal working there (youll know when you see) just throw up your hands and walk back out because they just distract everyone else from working.

The place was empty yet they didnt have any original recipe ready ???? At peak dinner time , r u kidding me?? Not to mention..while waiting!!!! This place is gross!! I dont think its been cleaned in years, the cabinets are so grimey , the drink station was absolutely disgusting ! The bottom of my sandals were sticking to the floors. The worker was friendly and all but dam whos in charge at this establishment?? Whoever it is needs to get off their tuff!! Prepare enough chicken at dinner time, but before you do that CLEAN this pig sty up man seriously. We lost our appetite while waiting, staring at how filthy everything is. Wont be back to this KFC again..yuk

The kids meal is listed as coming with a surprise. The surprise is exactly how long it takes for you to get the actual meal. The service is incredibly slow and very lopsided as other people were able to get their food before us despite our ordering first. And when we asked about it, apparently they had given part of our order to somebody else. They also have a bizarre layout where anybody standing in line blocks access to the condiments for anybody who is received their food. The only positive note I can leave here is that its not very crowded but I attribute that more to the locals knowing better than to come here and us being out of town not realizing it.

Tried the drive-thru as I was in a rush. Asked for a package deal, which didnt have a price attached. Told to wait (cost was $22 for an 8 piece family) After waiting 15 minutes, went inside. The KFC team appeared disoriented and confused. Now, I love KFC chicken, but the girl (who may have a hearing problem) got my order wrong. After I corrected it at the window, she still got it wrong. About 25 minutes later, I left, with whatever I had in the bag, which had the wrong sides, but hey, Im not the guy that trains these kids-not my job. Not going back. Wish there were a Popeyes franchise here, this place needs competition, or a competent staff.
