You know, Im not one to review. Even for a positive experience. Today deserves five stars though, thanks to Chad. Chad made sure that we found a good spot, extra clean, and offered accommodations for our three year old. With great care taken he got her all set up with a placemat and smiles. He made sure our order was correct and made sure we were taken care of through the whole experience. He offered us a smile and asked us about our day and generally felt like an old friend. We even got some Star Wars talk (Rogue One tomorrow man, YEAAAAH!) when he noticed our super rad star wars apparel. Whats nuts is for all the friendly personal attention we felt, he was doing the same for everyone around this. He even took the time to clean everything up, then step back, square it up, and clean it extra for a guy looking for a spot. I like chik fil a. But I like chik fil a with Chad a lot more. Thanks, buddy! I hope we see you again next time!

Had an issue today with a rep that was taking my order. At first I thought it was no big deal, until when I asked that he fix the mistake he said "I dont know how to do that." I asked him how long he had worked there and he said a total of 2 months. I asked to speak to the manager, Kelli came out appeared distracted, showing no customer concern. When I left with my food, it was cold and the fries were extremely salty that if I wanted I could make a salt shower in my fry bucket. It was disgusting, yet there were at least 15 cars in drive thru so I knew they were having to make fresh matches. If I had messed up on a customers order then I would have wanted to make it right PLUS make up the difference. I have to say I wont be back to this particular Chick Fil A and I wont be recommending anyone go there anytime soon.

Ok food not really worth the price unless you are super craving it but the main reason I give it 2 stars is because this particular location seems to have an issue with getting their orders right everytime we get something at this location they dont give us what we order. Today I ordered 2 orders of 12 piece nuggets 2 spicy deluxe and a large fry at the window the girl read the order back to me and It seemed like we got what we wanted. We were in a hurry and live about 15 minutes away so took off hoping we got the right thing this time. They ended up only giving us only one 4 piece chicken strips 2 dwluxe chicken and a small fry. Not at all what I ordered However I was in a hurry and couldnt go back so we got screwed yet again from this location

Okay the food is amazing for sure. .. but thats it. I mean my family and I go to chick fil a all the time. Well, today we were told that the usual 8 sauces we typically ask for with our meal, we will have to buy in the future. Are you kidding me? Spoke my frustration to the night manager, all she could tell me was sorry. Ever heard of give them the pickle? Best part was when I got home I found they ended up shorting us not only our sauces but fries as well. Why bother going back to complain. They gives cut rate service and half hearted apologies. They act like a fast food joint and earned the title for sure.

One of my favorite places to eat, and they almost never get the order wrong. Only once that I can think of did we not get everything as ordered, because they had left the pickles on. I was just going to take them off and eat it, but when they came by my table and asked if everything was good, I mentioned it, and they brought me a new sandwich free of charge. Great service, integrity, and craftsmanship, and they are also one of the few businesses still closed on Sunday, which I applaud them for.

This was my first time ever to a Chick Fil A. The employees were very friendly, the store was very clean, there were fresh carnations on every table, and the elderly man who visited with me so nice and knowledgeable about the company. He even brought me samples of another flavored sauce to try with my grilled chicken tenders. The food was delicious. My overall experience was wonderful. I would highly recommend this restaurant for any meal. I wish we had one in Pocatello, Idaho.

Chick-fil-A always delivers such a quality customer service experience, considering its competitors in the fast food market. Im close to this location as well as the Station Park location. The other location usually runs out of lemonade and has gotten my order wrong once - not here! This place is great! My one caveat, theres only one drive-thru lane, which gets awkwardly congested and backs up in the parking lot, compared to the two they have at the Station Park location.

What is up with this location??? Every single time I go there they get the order wrong!!! It has become a joke! This location has been open too long for customers to be patient and blame it on learning the business. At some point there has to be some quality control going on. When the mistakes are shown, they are dismissed as common. This is not Chick-fil-A standards. Corporate needs to visit this location and do some training.

Up until today I had nothing bad to say about this location, but, Standing at the counter for 5 minutes waiting to get my order taken while they discuss the almost $1000 ($95 less than) order for the afternoon must be much more important than the person standing right there. Mop the floor with a clean bucket and rinse or something. The customer area shouldnt be slimy.

Great service. Great employees. Everyone is always very nice. Food is served in a timely manner on a regular basis. My only problem at this location is the hovering of the dining area staff. Its difficult to enjoy your meal when theyre constantly running around the dining area. Sometimes less is good. They often try taking our tray when were still eating.

Good food and the service is good. They are usually able to get through long drive through lines quickly. I only ever get the chikfila sandwich without pickles and nuggets and for awhile there, they never removed the pickles and the chicken filet was not very good and would have tendons in it. Luckily theyve seemed to fix this

Ive always had great service here. For a fast food joint the chicken is the best you can get out there. While it is a little pricey for what you get, you are paying for top notch service. You may also notice employees are required to say "my pleasure" after everything. Its kind of funny. Shows how much I go I guess!

Our visit was amazing. During the rain we were greeting at our vehicle with an umbrella to walk us into the restaurant. The food is always spot on and never miss any details. I honestly want my daughter to work here once she is old enough. Ever member of the staff is respectful and eager to please. Great job
