Now I am a man that loves Chipotle and have probably been to every single one in the valley. You can usually expect dome pretty good food and enjoyable atmosphere from this chain. Hands down this is the Chipotle to beat all Chipotles, the staff inside have never wronged me and Ive seen plenty of employees come and go through there so you know management is doing a good job hiring these guys. Since I became a regular at this place basically everybody knows my order by now which is awesome and they all treat me less like a customer and more like a friend every time I go in, and thats saying something because Im not sure if I would call myself the most approachable person. On top of everything else everybody here has mastered the quesarito. Perfect amount of cheese in the quesadilla portion grilled to perfection its wrapped around a burrito with the perfect rice to Bean ratio and plenty of meat. Never too much salsa or sour cream just the right amount. All in all you should come here even if you are allergic to food because the people here are just that good.

Terrible. I have tried this Chipotle over and over again, because it is the closest to my home. I am always disappointed, but I dont want to drive to the next nearest store....my own fault really. But... this location is so poorly run. There are always too many people wandering around behind the counter, 2 of whom are actually doing something to progress the line and help customers. The burrito bowls here are smaller than every other location I have tried, and the customer service is...... challenged. Worst Chipotle EVER.

By far the worst customer service. I usually order and pay ahead online. They usually forget to include my side of green sauce or guacamole. This last time, I ordered a steak burrito and when I bit into it, the meat tasted rotten. I spit it out and threw the entire burrito away. I will NOT be going back there. I wouldnt eat at this place again if they were giving it away for free. You would think with all the issues Chipotle is having, they would make an extra effort to provide good service and food.

Here right now, waited in line forever. They left forgot the quesadilla, burnt it to a crisp had no cheese in it. Went back up had to wait another 5 minutes in line to ask them to remake it. Then another 10 for them to make it again. No clean tables, everyone tripping over each other. Awful experience! Staff too rushed to do customer service. Too worried about online orders to handle people in line. Never again.....

This has to be the worst Chipotle ever. Every time I get takeout it is never ready when I get there and most of the time the order is completely wrong. Today I decided to go in and eat.....all the food was the left overs from the night before. I came in 30 minutes after opening and all the dishes were scraping the bottom. Steak was gross, rice was dry.

Finally a great national chain in the Las Sendas area! Love Chipotle. Fresh, organic tacos & burritos. Even better is the online ordering. Its simple and fast. All you have to do is park in one of the reserved takeout order spots, walk up to the counter, and if youve already paid online, theyll hand you your meal and out you go! Thats service!

So far this is the only Chipotle that has had great customer service. (Huge bonus since most locations seem like they do not really want to deal with you) They also did a great job on my burriro bowl, actually got everything I asked for on it. Not sure who manages this location but great work! Keep it up :)

Everything is cooked perfectly (usually my steak is chewy, but here it was awesome) they were really fast at making everything, super nice and efficient, and they filled the bowls well! Accidentally charged for any extra bowl, but they fixed that quickly with no hesitation or issues

The meat wasnt close to temperature to serve. We had new bowls made and the meats are just above room temp. We were told it was the guacamole cooled the meat down. Be very careful. We own restaurants and serving temp isnt even close here at this location.

Location on power and superstition springs is way better. This location was running out of chicken so instead of asking if I wanted to wait they gave me a small portion and shrugged off when I said something about it.

The staff at this location is always friendly and the restaurant is clean. The line tends to move a little slow compared to other locations. Also, if you come during dinner rush, it can be difficult to find parking.
