Before I start, go to betos. Twice the size for half the price, and it tastes 10 times better. First of all, ew. Tiny burrito for 8 bucks. I got the smokehouse (shredded chicken, cheese, onion rings, bacon, ranch). Sounded promising. The first couple bites I was like "ok, pretty good". Then i got some chicken, which was SO dry, the edges were hard as plastic. They need to turn down the heat on the pan thats kept in, or have it sit in some juices to keep moist, because it was nasty. Then, I kept getting hard pieces, like leather i couldnt chew through. (Picture below). I tried to look over it and just pick it out, but on the third one, i gave up. I have no idea what it was, super hard bacon or chicken or onion? Barf. I seriously gagged. Probably a same issue with a hot pan. Didnt even get half way through my burrito. Husband got the break neck, a breakfast one. Tried it, flavors were good, the sauces are the only good things on these burritos. He had the same gross leather pieces, so maybe it was the bacon. Gagging thinking about it. Second of all, Service was a little annoying. Two registers, both guys helping one woman buying gift cards and it apparently took both of them to look for them, set it up, etc. When one finally went to the other register and said "I can help you over here", the second i started talking he got distracted by the gift card lady still and continued helping her. He took over her situation so the other guy was like "ok yeah Ill help you". Sorry dude? The whole time i ordered, he kept looking over at the gift card lady and I had to repeat myself twice. I dont know whats so special about this lady! Focus people!

Ive been to this place a few times, never any substantial problems... Until today. When ordering I got a Salad with no beans, add rice. The order I always get. The girl working the drive thru asked me to repeat myself, I did. She still didnt understand. I repeated myself again. She asked if I wanted extra meat. I told her no I wanted rice. This happened 3 more times then She said OK then the speaker then went silent for a few minutes. So I pulled forward assuming she understood my order. I got to the window and she repeated "Salad with extra meat" I repeated myself again and said "no I asked for rice." Apparently she didnt care what I asked for, shrugged, charged me for the extra meat, not giving me a receipt, handed my salad out the window and shooed me on my way. Upon arriving home I find I have a salad with no rice. Never going back again. Very disappointing. Edit: Response to the owner While I appreciate your response it means absolutely nothing to me. I was overcharged for food I tried multiple times to correct and your response is to come back and spend even more money? Im sorry, thats not happening.

Decided to give this place a try. We ordered takeout. Place looked closed when my husband pulled up, whole place was dark and the parking lot was empty. This was at 5pm. Pulled up to the drive through and a very nice employee took our order. They nearly forgot one of our drinks. Handed us one drink, then the food and said goodbye. Had to ask for the other drink. We got the Carne Assassin, an order of chicken street tacos, and a sweeto burrito pork salad. I wanted an horchata, but their machine is broken. Got a lemonade instead. For the burrito, tacos, salad, and drinks the total order came to about 25$. Not bad. Street tacos were very tastey, lots of flavor. Burrito was ok. Salad was also ok. Meat was very well flavored, but they forgot to include my salad dressing. Salad was still pretty good without it. Place was alright, we may go back again. Just be sure if you go through the drive through that they remember all the parts of your order.

We had wanted to try this place for a long time. Their menu is super fun, and the atmosphere and branding is great! Pricing is reasonable ($6.50-$12.50 for a burrito). When it came to the burrito, it was good, but not anything that I would rave about, just good. I was expecting a lot of flavor and it was kind of dry. Well, it was dry for the first 2/3 until we found all the sauces at the bottom. Then, it was a little better. We ordered the smaller size (I think they call it the middle weight), and it was the perfect. I think this place is worth trying. I just dont think Ill return much. I feel like there are better burritos out there. The customer service was great. The staff seem to enjoy their job. On another note, the floors where sticky. It was kind of annoying to stick to the floor, but the rest of the place was super clean.

Ill start by saying that I am addicted to Wingers sticky finger quesadilla. 24/7 craving. My parents recommended Sweeto months ago but I didnt think it sounded all that good. It took a week for my husband to drag me to the Draper location. I chose the Buff Chick, though the ingredients sounded weird.... And holy $&@$! It is JUST like the quesadilla I crave but BETTER! The ingredients work so well together and makes this stick-in-the-mud happy every time. Hello, new craving! Now, I cant rate anything else on the menu, because the Buff Chick is all I drag my hubby to the Orem location for weekly now. But I know hes tried multiple menu items and liked every one. The only thing that they could improve would be building one closer to my home so I dont have to drive so far to satisfy my cravings!

I had a bad experience at Sweeto, I usually always enjoy there food truck and love the food, but my one and only experience inside the store was terrible. I waited as the only customer in line for about 10 minutes and when I finally got help, I tried to use a coupon and they told me that it only worked for the food truck (which didnt make much sense to me) in a really mean fashion. I then said whatever, ordered my food and waited for about 20 more minutes just to have them bring me out the wrong burrito. When I went back they just gave me a free fountain drink, I told them I dont drink soda and they just said sorry and didnt even give me the proper food. The food it self is awesome, the service wasnt great. I recommend the food truck, not the store.

My family & I went for the first time last week & it was all delicious!! I had the carne Assasin talk about delicious! My husband accidentally forgot to say no beans for mine(hate them) I didnt even care. It tasted good even with the beans. That says a lot for me. Haha My husband got the same for himself & my 2 year old scarfed it down like it was mac & cheese. Lol Im a sauce kinda girl, most places dont put enough for my liking. My burrito had just enough. The sauce was so good too! Id probably get a side of it to pour on top now that I know! Any place that gets my kid to eat without any push back is worth TEN stars to me! Very good, will definatley be going back & have already been recomending it!
