The food has always been delicious from Cupbop, and I eat from their food trucks basically as often as theyre nearby, but now theres a restaurant in American Fork! At the grand opening on May 19th 2017, the owners were there having fun with everyone, and participating in making the food. I had the ”Ugly Bop”, which is tempura chicken with your choice of sauce (I had the sweet chili) with rice, rice noodles, and lettuce. The chicken was crispy on the outside, moist on the inside, and very tasty. The noodles and rice absorbed the extra sauce and the lettuce was a great foil for the spice of the sauces. I have eaten from their food truck many times, and from their restaurant in Draper and now in American Fork. I have never been disappointed by the food; its been consistently high quality and delicious.

When I went there on Thursday, the line was out the door. Three young kids were trying to make the bowls, do the sauces, take care of the cash register, and keep the restaurant clean and moving quickly. There were probably 15 people in front of me, and those three kids got me in and out in ten minutes with excellent customer service. They were working their tails off to make sure each customer had a great experience. I havent ever seen high schoolers work as quickly as these three kids did. I am very satisfied!!

I frequent the Cupbob in Provo and this one was terrible in comparison. Literally half the sauce and meat of the Provo store. Food tasted some what old and the employees were not even close to as friendly. Please go to Provo for a better experience! Sad, since i love the one down here.

The food is always good but the service is so slow! I dont know if they were new but it took over 20 min to get my food with only 4 customers in front of me. At the draper location they get us in and out of there super fast. This location is way too slow.

Oh good Lord it was disgusting! Cold dried out gyoza/dumpling/Whatever Koreans call it. The beef had the consistency of canned meat, the fried chicken my wife had was either old or over cooked and cold. The only good thing was the kimchee and soda.

Love it!! New favorite lunch spot! Having lived in Korea Town, California, I miss the Korean food, but this brings me back!! For first comers, try the Beef-Pork Combo with a 5/10 heat level! It will give you a good start!

Delish. Just the right proportions of rice, noodles, cabbage, and meat. The spiciness index tends toward being very spicy. I would say a 3/10 is a mild Spacey. Anything above is getting quite hot.
