The worst service Ive ever had at any Buffalo Wild Wings. We were seated promptly which was a plus, but it took over 10 minutes just to get our drink orders taken. Then we waited another 15 minutes to get our drinks. But wait, another 30 minutes for the waitress to even take our order. Our food came out quicker than our drinks and it was wrong, also it was cold and there was no flavor to the overcooked burger. The waitress we had seemed to not care about any of her tables, in fact we saw other peoples waiters more than ours. So we sat and waited another 20 minutes for a box and I had to ask multiple waiters just for our check. The cherry on top was getting charged $3 for a water. No apologies from any of the staff even after our waitress was notified.

We came to meet a friend at the bar on 7/24/2017 @ 8pm. We sat down and the bartender asked what we wanted to drink. We decided water to begin with and she stated we had to be 21 to sit at the bar. She then told us to sit somewhere else since we were not right off the bat ordering an alcoholic beverage. Ok, were 25 and 29. She not once asked to see our ID and then refused to serve us since my friend called out her attitude. Horrible customer service just because we were still deciding on our beverage of choice. She should be fired whoever was working that day at that time as the bartender.

I called up your restaurant today, asking if you were showing an event on March 18th. I asked the lady who answered if you were showing the boxing, she paused and rudely said, “no, we only show UFC.” I’m not a big fan of your restaurants, however I do occasionally visit your establishments to watch sporting events. This encounter may be the straw that broke the camel’s back. Your food is decent at best, beer overpriced, and I could overthrow a government in the time it takes to get my food. Sometimes I get the feeling your bottom line is all that matters to your company.

Worst service ever. Every table was dirty and several stayed dirty for about 30 minutes. Took 15 minutes to get drinks. They were out of sweet and low. Out of the southwest ranch nit wasmt told until after we got our food.Drinks ran dry. They delivered a half of our tables food while we watched them eat. Waited over an hour to get our food. Will not be back. Great franchise but this location needs a serious make over.

Had no problem with this location until i go on a Thursday night- not a busy day of the week usually. It was semi busy but not enough to have 1 persons order take an hour. Additionally, I asked if the channel could be changed on one of the smaller TVs, to which the bartender said "it may take a while, and Im not even sure if we have that channel." Just awful service is what it came down to. Will not be returning.

Everytime I come in here the waitresses are just about as dumb as one could be. Came in and was seated and waited for 10 minutes and not even acknowledged. The hostess had to take our drink order, all the while the other waitresses walking around looking like dumbasses. This even on a Sunday. Looks like Ill just order takeout to not have to deal with the lazy waitresses.

The service was horrible!We We waited 45 minutes to get our cold food and another 30 minutes has gone by while waiting for our check. Our drinks were not refilled until we finish our food. If I could place zero stars I would. Terrible, terrible, terrible service. Btw waited just came by to ask for our check again. Lets see how long this takes.

Worst service after waiting an hour for food with more staff than customers. Had to get my own silverware after asking, and charged 2 different prices for same Draft beer. Server left empties on table till it got crowded, then looked at us like it was our fault, and asked if there was any thing else she could do, with attitude. Thanx BWW

This BWW was really good. It was a little smaller than most, but it was clean and the waitress was nice. It has a really large smoking area thats open. No aquarium seating, which is nice when you dine with those who smoke. Also the food came out quick and everything was the way we ordered and good. Exciting, Friendly atmosphere.

The staff are friendly. Paid $8.00 for a tall boy (16 to18oz) Guinness (Draught) on draft [including tip]. Ive had their wings, very good as well. I would come here again with a crowd for a sports game night or some kind of get together. The craft beer selection is better around the corner at Bricktown.

Worst service I have ever had at a BWs. Server was rude as could be and food was cold when served. Not just kinda cold but like it just came out of the fridge. Manager was only going to comp us with take home glasses and 5 dollar gift cards only good for that location when Im not even from here.

Personally Im not a fan of the food selection aside from the wings but when I do tag along with friends Ive never had a bad experience. My only complaint would be that they really dont have any healthy options, but thats not really what you go to BWWs for so I cant knock em.

Clean and friendly environment. Staff is slow though and a little impersonal. Ive had multiple problems with staff here on separate occasions. Its a good hangout spot though if you enjoy sports and drinks

Do not try and have lunch here. They are so slow...get there early and even then they take 50 mins or more. Many better places to eat in Wichita Falls.
