So this is my second complaint about this store. Every week my husband and I order wings from the Killeen location. Last night I got our usual. When I ordered I requested that the fries be cooked for a little extra time and I also ordered 2 extra ranch dressings. I got home and the fries were almost raw and I got 2 ranch dressings. The customer service was not that great. To top it off, when I arrived I noticed 3 employees outside smoking. I thought they were off and waiting for rides or possibly chit chatting. All 3 walked back in the store as I was waiting for my order and the guy behind the counter told them to clock back in. They did as they were told, but my problem is they didnt even wash their hands before handling the food. So most definitely I will never again return to this store. Bad service, bad hygiene................

Horrible customer service!! I have been dining here for many years and this past year their service has sucked! Even when my order was wrong or they forgot to complete my order do to busyness I still went back, BUT not anymore. Manager male type with tattoos promised me twice on different occasions that he would comp me for their mistake but when I called to make my order and claim my comp theirs no record and the MoD gave me attitude like I was a lier. So now you will lose service from all my big catering services Ive done as well as clients. Yall should really go back and train on customer service. Being a waiter isnt easy, I know I am one but this is one to many times Ive brushed off and now Im done!

I usually call the order ahead, and trying to understand some of the workers on the phone is next to imposssible, and they are not very courteous. A couple times Ive called ahead, they have no idea what Im talking about when I come in, because someone lost the order. When this happens, they dont take any steps to fix the problem. "Nope, we aint got no order for *name*", and just stand there looking at me like Im retarded. Due to the type of service I get here, Ill be going elsewhere

Ive always eaten here and its awesome. Staff is friendly and awesome. People who are complaining are probably stuck up people who want everything free. Stop being cheap! (The guy who said he paid $9, like who tge F*** cares! Its 9 dollars! Im sure your food stamps will get you more food!) If you dont like it, dont be a little B*** And complain like a little girl. For reals! If youre cheap and are one of those people who just want to complain to get stuff free! Do everyone a favor and leave! Im a waiter my self and I know what crap people give us! Thanks wing stop staff youre awesome!

Put in my order for Super Bowl Sunda 51 at 9 am in the morning online. Got a call within 30 mins to comfirm my order fro. The restaurant even though they dont open til 11 am. My order was to be picked up at 5:45pm. I arrived at 5:40pm. My order was done to purfection and the fries were fresh. If you wanna order wings from here on special days like this I would advice you to pre-order. The wait for the people that didnt pre order was 1:20 min wait. Shame on them for thinking they would get wings before the kick off. I loved my wings and so did my family. A++++

Worst winstop Ive ever been too. We carried out and when we got home we realize the order was wrong. When we called to let them know our order was incorrect the so called Manager answer, she was very rude and wanted for us to drive back and turn in our order. We lived 15 min away. Everyone was tired n hungry. And we could wait longer. And she told us to come back the next day but the order had to be the way they gave it to us.. ummm hello and what were we supposed to eat... it was a big disappointment.... never again will I ever go to this specific store....

Ordered at 7:28, checked on my order twice and it never moved on the line, its like they kept skipping me. 6 people came in after me and got their food before me. I didnt order anything crazy or special so at 8:00 I requested a refund and left. So now Im going to a different wingstop. Super unhappy with the wait considering it wasnt busy at all. I was a former wingstop employee and even when I worked for wingstop we never took that long when that busy.

We called to place a large 100 wing order and they said they didnt have any of the wings we wanted. So I asked for a manager, to see how they could keep a "wing stop " OPEN. There wasnt a manager there. And the LITTLE girl who answered the phone got all nasty. Ya they need to look in to that. I will gladly take my business some where else. I recommend that anyone who is hungry for wings, dont STOP here.

In general we love your wings, and fries. This Christmas Eve amidst the baking melee, I called in order and sent for it to be picked up, wings, double order of fries, it was repeated back at pick up. Once it arrived home, I was shorted an order of fries, wasnt given my credit card receipt, and when trying to phone back it was a constant busy tone. Crappy, crappy, crappy. I should receive what I pay for.

The people were rude and when I asked for Extra ranch she called us out in front of the whole store saying we already gave you ranch that will be 86 cents in front of everyone it made me feel as if I did something wrong when she didnt understand with miscommunication I honestly do appreciate the rest of the customers staring at me it made me just want to leave.

Wings tasted on the verge of turning, dry overcooked texture. I watched an employee pour the old sweet tea into new sweet tea being put out. Fries were soggy, cheese tasted like chemicals. All crowned with poor customer service ant times took 3x what was quoted. I wish i could upload the photos.

I could make better chicken than them ghetto Chics working in that store. The wings were soggy and over cooked idk how you do that...and the fries at one time burnt and then when I asked for them to be replaced they were practically raw...ugh get it together

Today is 01/27/17 9:38pm I wished I had talked to the supervisor or manager in charge. We had terrific service from the cashier to the guys cooking our food! The cashier was welcoming & the cooks made the frys fresh and wings fresh! Two satisfied customers
