We had 3 other couples at our table. The last couple to show 10 minutes late were the first to get their food. We teased the waitress about this (We did not get mean or issue a complaint). When our food arrived there were some small issues missing or wrong items. We were out to enjoy the evening so we didnt make anything an issue. The food was fair at best. Quality vs cost definitely not a value. When I noticed an over charge on our bill (One of the other couples had the same overcharge), we read from the menu the items to be included. The waitress told us "I know what you ordered because I wrote it down!" I started the conversation jokingly and ended it angry! It was a 60 cent sauce she was arguing with us over. The waitress didnt what to "Bother" a manager with this. I was loud enough by now the manager heard me and came over. She sided with the waitress! They told two couples after we read and showed them the menu that we were wrong. So because $1.20, Eight customers walked out the door to never return.

I use to love this place... I use to eat here all the time but the last few times Ive been here the customer service sucks... I took my wife here earlier this month for our 11 year anniversary because this exact location is the same place I took her on our first date... they took forever... the person who took our order wasnt even our waiter... got our order wrong and our waiter kept throwing our food on the table like he had a problem with us... honestly if I could get my fav. Wings else where I would... the Spicey garlic wings are the only things that bring me back... reason Im writing today is cause as soon as I call I get asked to be put on hold and before I can even get yeah sure outa my mouth, I hear that Ive already been put on hold before I can even get one word outta my mouth... I mean I get that these places get busy but sheesh... this place use to be awesome...

This place is horrible from the cold food to the slow service. Wish they would just build one in Copperas Cove and Harker Heights to put them out of business. I was seated and used about 10 minutes looking around for my waitress, to find out this guy had walked passed me 3 times without saying anything when we was seated. Next, the food took 45 minutes to a hour and when we got it the food was room temp.. Then, my waitress seem like he was taking his time and disappearing for a long time. When I gave him my debit card to pay, he stopped at 2 other tables to take their order before cashing me out. At that point I was ready to throw cash on the table and walk up to him and take my card and leave. Finally, I never got my to go box that I had been asking for, for about 10 minutes. I refuse to come back here, I will be eating my chicken at WING STOP.

The wings were some of the best Ive had from any Buffalo Wild Wings. Our service was great as well. So why only the three stars? We were given a sample of fries to try with their new Mumbai Masala sauce (very tasty for anyone who enjoys Indian food). To be clear we did not ask for the sample, but our waitress brought it to us anyway. We didnt think anything of it until we got the check. She charged us for "sample fries" even though we did not ask for the sample. It was only $0.79, but thats not the point. The point is you dont charge people for something they didnt ask for. We didnt fight about it since we were on our way out of town and were in a time crunch (and, again, it was only $0.79), but do yourselves a favor and always check your receipts.

With all the raves about this place, I had to try it out, Honestly, I expected more. Yes, the incredible variety of ways to prepare wings is awesome, and the seletion I tried was good. But, thats it. Just...good. Decent. Fair. Nothing surprising, nothing that really impressed me. Found most of it to to be too-sweet, too salty, too spicy, and the wings were pretty paltry. I would probably eat here if a group was into it, or if I got a weird craving for wings/greasy beer food, *and* I didnt feel like cooking. I really feel like this place could be GREAT, with a little more attention paid to the quality of the flavors, and not just the quantity.

We went last night to get some wings and beer and a couple burgers. We were told that wings could not be ordered as an appetizer. Therein stating that you cannot order wings, drink a couple beers while watching the game and then order a burger...or anything else later. We were RESTRICTED on what we could order and when. We could therefore only eat the 6 wings we ordered and had to go somewhere else to eat dinner. I will NEVER go there again. There was nothing special about the wings...if you have ever had hotwings at a bar...than youve had their wings. Do not go unless you want to be told what you can and cannot order on the menu!

One star at least because the wings are good. Service is terrible, when they will actually wait on you. We were seated at a table in the very center of the main dining area, several servers passed our table, even looking and turning their heads, not one of them came to take our drink order after 10 minutes. We got up to leave, still no one asked to help. I talked to the manager on the way out, she just said sorry. Not, "well let me help you now" or anything else a manager would do. Thumbs down.

The food is so-so. The service is ab-f***king-lutely horrible. The waitresses there are simply there to earn money and mostly from tips and nothing more. They could care less about how they serve you, just as long as they get something by the end of the night, theyre satisfied. Every time I go there I always see them counting their tip money to see how much they got. There have been been times that Ive seen them complain if they didnt get as much as they wanted. Stay far, far away from here!

Called an hour ago for a to go order, held for 5 minutes (okay, they may have been busy, nope). Told 20 minutes, came 35 later. "Have you been helped?" Not yet. *walks away* 20 minutes later were still sitting here waiting. My understanding is this is how the service always is. *update* 4 people have come and gone after us now... Im assuming they just forgot out order at this point. *final update* Our food came out, cold, and one item had hair in it... Will I get a response?

Just came back from that place, having had lunch there. After waiting for half an hour our waitress told us that wed be next. Right... 10 minutes later we got our food and the burgers werent only charbroiled... they were charcoaled and thats what they tasted like... The fires were cold on top of that. I would never recommend this to anybody who doesnt have the time to wait forever or wants to eat burgers. Their food was absolutely sub-standard and their service was even worse.
