I love Olive Garden food, however ALL other Olive Gardens in the valley have better food portions than Weslaco. Mcallens and Harlingens Olive Gardens food portions are much bigger than Weslaco. Ive gone several times to Weslaco (because thats closest to my residence) and my plate looks as if theyre counting the noodles. In Mcallen my plate is in abundance every single time. Im having to travel to Mcallens for better food & portions. I recently went to Weslaco with a party of 8. We all ordered entrees so we were all given the option of a soup or salad. We all choose salads as our starter so I asked if they could bring two salad bowls instead of one & the server said their manager does not allow that but he would bring another bowl as soon as we finished that one! We were a party of 8! The bowl went half way around the table before we needed to call our server so the other half of the party could get salad. It was ridiculous. Weslaco = Stingy. I hate to leave negative comments but Weslaco being stingy with food portions has happened way to many times & it needs addressing. I will delete and give a positive review once I see a change.

I usually sit at the bar because the carpet gives off a funny smell. I have mentioned it to the waiters before and apparently others have commented on it as well. Love the food but need to pay more attention to customer service. I went recently and ordered the appetizer mushrooms which I love. My plate was too hit that in the middle of my meal I found out my plate was broken into three pieces. The melted cheese played a big part as the adhesive keeping it together. All I got was an apology. ..no replacement :/

We were tired from shopping and very hungry. James, our server was amazing! He was fast, efficient, checked on us as needed and when I changed my drink order he promptly took care of it. And he came back to let me know he had updated the drink order. He had an amazing attitude and a smile on his face. I always appreciaye a good waiter_wat staff! Olive Garden is one of my favorite restaurants. But its the staff like Jamrs that make it a great dinibg experience! Ask for James at the Weslaco Olive Garden!

The waitress was wonderful, very kind and attentive. However my food was not right. I order the tilapia piccata with Parmesan crusted zucchini which I did not get :( the zucchini was not Parmesan crusted and when I asked for the manager she did not come and just told the waitress to tell me that thats the way it came. What a disappointment. When you order your food and pay for it, the least you expect is to get what you ordered. Extremely disappointed, management didnt even try to make it right.

Great place, but food not as good as other OG. Soup was bland. Servings not as large as other Olive Gardens, ordered shrimp Alfredo sauce was also bland, shrimp over cooked and had a funny taste, it seems flavors were picked up in the fridge and passed on to the shrimp or they were not fresh.....will not come back to this place. Staff is very friendly. ..

Food was really really oily and the wine offered to us as a taste was a very low quality bottom shelf bottle. Waiter was very slow and forgetful. We had to constantly remind him to bring stuff we had asked for several trips ago. There were a lot of birthdays that night so we could kind of understand the service we were getting.

Customer service isnt what it used to be. My wife and I met here for lunch and were provided excellent service by Jason. He was very courteous and attentive. We stopped and told the manager before we left and she was happy for the input. The Toscona soup was excellent.

A place to eat thats all, friendly no, communication none, loud very, and servers were not as friendly as other Olive Gardens Im a traveler and I thought MO had the worse is comes to my surprise. I dont recommend this place will not eat at this location again.

Awful service. 15 minutes with no drink order taken, let alone food order. No waiter even came by, they passed by but didnt acknowledge me. Will NEVER be back to this specific olive garden. Just wasted a good portion of my lunch break and didnt even get to eat!

Waiter was horrible..ordered appetizers and never got them. Used the Kiosk and it does not work as they ignore the light. Food was bland..I had stopped coming because of the poor service and decided to give it another chance but was worst than the last time..

Waiter was unmovtivated, didnt ask us if we wanted to sample a wine. Food was under par and cold. The noodles were clumpy and you could tell it had been sitting under the heat lamp a long while. Its been the worst olive garden I have been to.

Came for lunch with my mother in law and our server Sam was absolutely great. She checked up on us to make sure we were goid, offered a sample of wine to which I ordered and was most gracious! She is truly and asset to Olive Garden!

Because we enjoy quiet dinner,so we sit at the bar area. But it was nothing but a kid screaming so loud ,that it was the most annoying thing. Why do you sit parents with children in the bar area???? Bad bad experience

My fiancee and I went for their Never Ending Pasta Bowl. They started us off by bringing up soup and breadsticks, followed by our entrees. Everything was great and our server was always on top of things.
