I was horribly disappointed. After waiting about 3 minutes to be seated at 4pm, I got my drink and some cold hard bread. They definitely do not filter their water and at least on the Dr. Pepper, the calibration is off so it tastes watered down to begin with. My cheese sticks - were decent, but not made in house. After learning they were out of blue cheese dressing, I settled on ranch for my salad. It looked like they took a bag mix and threw a few tomato slices on it. No croutons or anything fancy like a radish or olive... Then I got my baked Penne with meatballs... well it was one meatball that had been sliced up. These were obviously frozen as well and not made in house, not even seasoned. The pasta was horribly overcooked and basically mush. The sauce was not really present - just looked like tomato sauce that was watered down. I tried to add a little salt and Parmesan, but that didnt help much. I thought olive garden was bad - this place really sucked. Everything was bland and not cooked properly. A can of Spaghetti-ohs have more Italian vibe than the horrible food they serve here.

I have eaten at this place frequently, over the past 2 years. I was so excited to find a place that actually had Franchese! That is my favorite! Every single time it was amazing, till yesterday. Normally there is plenty of sauce, the chicken is pounded really thin so it is fork tender.....always good. Yesterday, there was about a tablespoon of sauce. The chicken was not pounded out and was very very tough, so much so, one piece was not edible. The salad was wilted and had that brown stuff on many of the pieces. The difference in our food was so marked, we wondered whether it was under new management. When the waiter asked how my food was, I told him. He sent his brother over to talk to me. Not only was there not any offer of discount or anything, he actually told me he had a lot of complaints about the chicken, and it was probably old!?!? My first thot was...then why are you still serving it?!? Anyway, long time before I go there again!!

If I could give this restaurant no stars, I would. The waitress took my order over the phone incorrectly. So when I came in the pick it up, luckily I checked my food. When I brought it to her attention, she was more than happy to fix my order. She told me my missing item would be ready in 3 minutes. I told her that was fine. When the owner came up and in front of me, the customer, started talking bad to her telling that she gave me too much food. He hurried up and whisked my bag of food away and told me that if I wanted the chicken parmigiana, my missing item, that he would have to take back some of the food. Or I could take it with the full portions and not get the chicken parmigiana that they failed to give to me initially. I ended up cancelling my complete order. Ive never been to a restaurant where the owner talked to his employee like that in front of a customer and didnt make every attempt to fix and issue made on their companies part.

I use to love this place even though the food was mediocre but the staff was always friendly. Today, after a year of making an appearance I can see nothing has changed. Literally, nothing. If anything it was worse. My boyfriend ordered lasagna and I the manicotti. It took forever to get our food that our mozzarella sticks we ordered as an appetite were cold and stiff. When our food arrived they looked very sloppy. The dishes were splashed with sauce everywhere. We couldnt cut into our food to get a good, clean slice because of all the grease. We made jokes that we were eating pasta soup and left afterwards. The food was very bad. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Definitely not worth the price, McDonalds would probably be better than pasta soup.

Went to eat with my wife. Was referred here from a Soldier I had deployed with 5 years ago. The waitress mixed up our order with the couple sitting at a near by table which made things a bit awkward. Salad lettuce was browning at the edges. The meal was average maybe OK for the price. The bread was good. When my wife was halfway finished with her sprite, she noticed there was a lid lodged in the bottom of the glass. The person that washes dishes must have not been doing the job correctly. Many apologies happened throughout the meal. But, those cant fix everything. Too bad I didnt get to share the same experience that that soldier did when he frequented the place years ago in his Ford van.

We walked in to this restaurant on Cinco de Mayo, 45 mins before closing, and the manager (I assume) was cashing out the register and looked up at us, without a greeting, and then looked his watch with an annoyed look on his face. Finally a waitress, who ended up serving us, greeted and sat us. The waitress was incredibly friendly and efficient. The food was okay but nothing special. We ordered glasses of wine and were swarmed by fruit flies (so many fruit flies that the group of young 20-somethings sitting near is asked to move because of the bugs) and the decor seemed that hadnt been dusted for a long while. Sadly, we will not be returning.

I ate here for a luncheon. The bread is delicious. I had the Raspberry Tea, which was horribly watered down (not that big of a deal). Our server forgot to mention the lunch menu and specials, but we found it ourselves. I ordered the Lasagna which came with a salad. It seemed as if as soon as we received our salads the knats came out of nowhete, but everywhere. I dodnt finish my salad bc the knats kept landing in it. The lasagna was ok, honestly came out lukewarm and the noodles were over cooked (chewy). Not impressed with this place, but their bread is delicious!

Little Italy is one of the best places to eat in Killeen. Their staff is always friendly and we almost never have to wait to be seated. Their food is excellent, my husband especially likes their gnocchi and I love any and all of their pasta! Their pizza is very good as well and you can tell that it is all homemade right there in the restaurant. The sausages that come on their pizza are huge! It is a great place to eat for excellent food and has a nice romantic atmosphere as well. If you are tired of boring chain or fast food, try Little Italys!

I lived in Killeen for about 13 years before restaurant row was built. Little Italy is still my favorite place to eat in the area. I lived in Northern Italy for several years and found the restaurants dishes to be quite authentic. They serve both Northern and Southern Italian favorites. I live in Missouri now and REALLY miss the Chicken Aristocrat! If you want a good experience there, call and ask when they are slow and go then. Keep in mind that their waitresses tend to be shy but the employees are all very clean and accomodating.
