1st time and we did take out pizza. Service was okay. Greeted outside by who I think is the owner. Very nice and cordial. But I got to the register to pay and the lady didnt even say hello. I waited a while then I said hello, how are you? She said oh Im fine. And she didnt even respond in kind. I wanted to pay part cash and part card and she didnt know how to do it. We stood there for a couple of minutes while she tried to figure it out and I told her Id just pay the whole thing on the card. The pizzas were good except for the "Cold Cut " pizza. The bacon was not even close to being rendered fully. It was chewy. The margerita pizza and the regular pepperoni were good but even though it is brick oven cooked, a little disappointing, but I will definitely try it out again because of the raving reviews and the homemade pasta. But I wouldnt suggest pizza with bacon on it :( But we will definitely be back for the non pizza offerings Im sure.

Its a shame we have came here before and everything was amazing but this time we came in on a Saturday and waited to be seated for a pretty good while but we waited and were fine with it because we understand they can get busy but after that our waiter sat us down and left, he said he was making a ticket for another table but he would be back with our drinks so we wait longer and he was just chatting with other tables so at this point we decide we have had enough and tell the waiter we are just going to leave and he said I was already going to give you your drinks in a agitated tone but I said we waited to long were just going to go and he said okay then go and pointed to the door. I do not recommend this restaurant at all dont waste your time or money.

I ordered the Fettuccine al Pesto and it was delicious! The large homemade fettuccine was about twice the width of store bought fettuccine so that in itself was a treat. The pesto they used was clearly homemade because all the food was coated in very bright green minced basil leaves and made the sauce green too. My mouth started to water when I saw all that green. The bite sized chicken was wonderfully tender which doesnt happen often as its easy to overcook chicken. The plate was out of this world yum! Good job!

Finally a restaurant that puts pride and integrity in their food! I have lived in big cities all my life, I even lived right next to "Little Italy" in Montreal, which is by a famous farmers market. I have high standards for Italian food and this restaurant exceeded them! I have no idea how they do it, I cant find the decent ingredients in the grocery stores to pull off what they make. Everything I have ordered was shockingly excellent! I had the calamari and cheesecakes.

Amazing traditional italian food. The atmosphere was relaxing. The server Jimmy was accommodating and truly tried to please guests with his helpful insights whether or not he be italian or not he definitely was a good host and gives 100%. The chef greets guest and your rewarded at this restaurant with not a kitchen full of line cooks but one chef whos mastered his craft and wants to share with you a piece of his home.

Fantastic restaurant!!! Lots of food options with very authentic flavors. The Mahi Mahi fish steak plate is incredibly good! The tiramisu is the best Ive ever tried, hands down. Our server, Sherry M., was the most amazing waitress weve had. Very attentive and great sense of humor. We will definitely be returning. Please come, enjoy, and support this tremendous gem in our city.

Delicious authentic Italian cuisines. The staff is friendly. The setting places you in an elegant atmosphere to enjoy a variety of hardy dishes with dessert and wine to complement your menu options. You dont have to go far to enjoy Italys traditional fine dining experience brought to you by Vasco Taddei. Ive stopped by and even picked up supper. Very pleased.

Great italian restaurant in Corpus Christi, Texas. Is difficult to meet the homemade pasta in Italy too, but in this Trattoria you can meet many original recipes. The ravioli are very tasty and the "Pesto alla Genovese", handmade, you cant meet in another place. I suggest you to try the seafood plates ... or ask to the chef for make a personal dinner.

Authentic Italian food. We had Raviolis di Carne, pesto with chicken, and guattro formaggi with chicken. Flavors were on-point. Portions are decent sized, however there were only a few pieces of chicken. The three dishes, iced tea, lemonade and a Tiramisu came out $63.34 with tip. We did need a late night snack after the Hockey game.

I was here a month ago and regular alfredo was 8.00 now it is 17.00. The potions remain the same while prices have doubled. The server was very pushy towards the expensive options. The serving room was very hot and had no music or entertainment. I ordered tea and revived lemonade. I would never think of this place a quality food.

If thats a taste of Italy , I never need to go there . The meat tasted like dog food . The noodles tasted like shirataki noodles definitely not like the freshly made noodles they advertise. For the price , I expected excellent quality and a LOT more of a refined environment . I will never return to this place.

I came because there is so many good reviews but i regret the decision to come. The bread is bland and the texture was so spongy. I dont even want to get started about the spagetti. Let hope to see if the desert is worth the intensly high price..... nope, i dont get how the cheesecake could be tough to chew.

I saw this restaurant on the web from an article that the news had posted. This is as fantastic restaurant. Everything is made fresh. I had the Fettuccini Alfredo with chicken. The noodles are delicious and were made from scratch. I highly recommend this place. Prices are pretty good for homemade food.

I took my family there after my granddaughters piano recital. The service and food were outstanding. Sherry, our waitress was very friendly and helpful. This was my first visit to this establishment, but definitely not my last. P.S. You have to try the deserts. We tried them all.

Waited over an hour to receive our food. They burnt the calzone we order and that was the last of the pizza dough. So we had to order again. This time It was brought to us cold no thanks from the waiter no apologies other than for the burnt calzone. But we did get our tea for free.

If you like Traditional Italian food, come here. It was absolutely amazing. The waiter was extremely attentive and sweet. Its a tad expensive but for the portion size and quality, it was worth it. The bread was amazing and the pasta was really good. I recommend this!
