Usually, Olive Garden is my fiances favorite restaurant. Every time we go these days, her food is either cold or her sauce is watery as well as cold. This time, our zupa tuscana soup was good except for the potatoes were hardly cooked. We brushed that off and received our meals. My fiance ordered a pasta dish which was not only cold, but you could see water standing on top of the pasta sauce. My fiance decided she was done. She didnt even want to eat after that. So I tasted my food. My steak was dry, grey and tough to eat. It tasted reheated. My pasta was fine. We use to eat here very oven and it was great, but lately somethings changed. Our food is either cold or not edible. The manager this time was different than the last time and did nothing about our food. We still had to pay. The waitress was not professional as she was bagging my food to go. She took my food out of my sight and sat the to go bag on the floor. She could have spit in my food for all I know. Sadly to say, we will not be visiting Olive garden anymore.

Recently I returned to Olive Garden after about 10 years. I was disappointed 10 years ago, and left a slightly disappointed this time around. I ordered the Build your own pasta Tour of Italy. The Chicken & Gnocchi was Out Standing, couldnt go wrong there. The bread sticks were a great compliment to the soup. The wine was very much so up to standards. I was pleased at this point of the meal. Then the Main Course came out. Shrimp Scampi. There were four shrimp on the plate, which were not shelled... The Angel Hair Pasta was over cooked, and there was almost no asparagus on the dish... It was really a let down for me personally. The sides which were Ravioli stuffed with Pesto, and Alfredo covered noodles were better than the extra Shrimp Scampi itself. This is a 3.5 Star Rating, not a 3 or a 4. I would return to Olive Garden in a heartbeat, but I would never order Shrimp Scampi again as it is not worth the price for 4 tiny un shelled shrimp.

GREAT FOOD, DRINKS, AND SALAD BUT am I the only one that has a problem when I pay the tab with cash I have to ask for my change back?? I was at dinner on Oct 21st for my nieces birthday party. I havent been there in years. I understand the waiter was busy ( 2 tables) but he never came back to see if i would give him $10 tip on a $20 meal. I believe it mine right to give the waiter what i want. Ive never short anyone but having to ask 2 other waiters to get him was ridiculous. I even asked for the manager as I was leaving and the manager didnt understand my issue. REALLY?? SERIOUSLY?? I told him I never received my receipt or change. He said " So you want a receipt?" AND CHANGE!! I WALKED OUT THE MANAGER COME OUTSIDE AND SAID " HES YOUR TICKET" ROFL!! I TOLD HIM YOU AND THE WAITER CAN KEEP IT SINCE YOU NEED IT MORE THEN ME. DUMB, INCOMPETENT, LAZY, & YOUNG HELP NOW DAYS. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN

I cant even describe my experience because there wasnt one. I had called ahead at 7:15 and we got there around 7:30 thinking we didnt have to wait long. The hostess said it would be a 15 minute wait even though we called ahead. My boyfriend and I were confused as to why 6 other groups went before us when they got there after us. By now it was 7:50 and I went up to the hostess and the manager and asked why we had not been seated yet. They said they forgot to sync our pager with a table so it never went off. We were sitting in the lobby the whole time so we were surprised that none of the hostesses noticed. The manager said they could get us to a table shortly. We left because we didnt want to wait any longer. Horrible customer service and I will not be returning. The manager could have done more to ensure that we were happy. Never had any problems with the west side, it is definitely better!

On 06/04/16 my sister, nephew and went into your establishment and were seated at table 93 and our waitress was Sierra N. After getting our food if we needed anything else it seemed like she got bothered. My sister asked for more Alfredo sauce and she had that look on her face like I guess Ill get you more. When we asked for a box to go she brought it out along with our check, didnt ask if we wanted dessert. We noticed that she was very friendly to other tables but to us it was like she got bothered. When we saw she brought out a to go salad o her previous table we asked her for one and again she fave us that look if being bothered. She brought it and we had to ask for a bag at the front because she didnt bring one to us. This UA the first time we were treated like this.

Ive been coming here for almost 5 years. Last night I had the unfortunate experience of having an incompetent waitress and a bully manager. I ordered soup for myself and salad for my husband, but the waitress informed me we werent allowed to share. Ive been coming to this specific establishment and doing just this for 5 years. Maybe she misunderstood and thought we wanted unlimited soup and salad? We tried to explain it to her, but she just became frustrated and pedantic. When the manager came over, he just stood and rudely explained why the waitress was right. Dont come here. Its a horrible place "When youre here your family" Yeah well, you must not like your family much Olive Garden.

It was very good food, but you are on a budget you may have problems finding something to eat that doesnt cost a ridiculous amount. That being said you do get what you pay for. They are also service animal friendly, obviously within reason, I had no problem with my service dog because he quietly laid on the floor and made little noise, only raising his head when a large amount of noise was made. Had a great time here and greatly appreciated the respect they gave to my service dog. I gave them only 4 stars because of how expensive they were. With 2 entres, 2 appetizers, and 2 drinks, it cost around $75.

Poor service, and food wasnt prepared correctly. I told the waiter that my lasagna Frita had no sauce on it. It was supposed to have Alfredo sauce on the bottom, and marinara. All our waiter did was say Oh sorry. The manager came by to check on us, and I made mention of my lasagna not having sauce. Needless to say, I waited for the sauce quite some time. My boyfriend finally had to go out and get it. By the time this was said and done my food was already cold, and didnt eat much of it. Nothing really was done to make the situation right. Wont be coming back, west side location has much better service.

Horrible server. Food was ok not the best. Our server was not friendly, she just kept putting things on the table and walking away, she would every so often ask if we needed anything. I thought she was having a bad day or I was, by then a table of 8 ladies got place next to our table and her total mood and personality changed for them. They got a warm welcome a how it going today, can I start you with... but as for us we got sat and got iwhat can I get you to drink and do you want a appetizer and Are you ready to order or need more time. All just like that. Will not go back to this location.
