The food is usually really good, but its never worth the price. While it may taste good, it is still mass produced food at individually prepared meal prices. The drinks and deserts are way overpriced too. Holy cow, I could buy a two litre for less than my single un-refilled Dr. Pepper cost me. My wife loves the place though, so we eat here more often than I would like. The staff here is outstanding. The building is always extremely clean. Service is fast. The crew is really good. They are nice, clean, helpful, sometimes funny, and they are efficient. If the people who designed the building could have engineered a smarter window system, where the dinner time sun wasnt blinding everyone at the table, that would have been outstanding. And it seems like Olive Garden is where new parents take their babies to cry. But, thats no fault of Olive Garden, babies just suck at quiet dinners. For any babies reading this, stop screaming in restaraunts. It makes the old people crabby.

Came here with my girlfriend and her daughter. The hostesses asked us to sit at the bar so I asked how long the wait was for a table or booth... they told me there was no wait, they just preferred us at the bar. I thought this was pretty rude considering we had her young daughter with us, so I told them to take us to a booth and I was given dirty looks by each of the hostesses. At our table we asked for the salad and breadsticks while we decide and our waitress was pretty insistent that we werent going to order an entree for whatever her reason was, and that the salad and breadsticks were only for people that ordered entrees. We had to promise her we were ordering entrees in order to bring it to us. The food was amazing, but we wont be returning to this particular location again.

Wasnt particularly impressed. The food is good but is about same as any Olive Garden. The rest wasnt so good. Place wasnt very busy but go placed directly next to another family on a bench style seat when there was private tables open. Next, evidently one of the employees had family there that night so he spent time sitting, leaned back in a chair talking to the people there to eat. Server also seemed distracted by their presence every time they came over and it felt very impersonal. We did go long periods without anyone coming by and for as dead as it was, it surprised me. Drinks never got refreshed during entire visit and once had to get up to find someone for assistance. I have honestly had better service at McDonalds and thats not saying much.

We arrived there it wasnt that busy and waited for more than 10 minutes and nobody came so as we was getting ready to leave to go somewhere else my husband told me that the 2 waitress was just standing there whispering for a bit, then the waitress came up to our table and I told her we are leaving to go somewhere else since we have been waiting for more than 10 minutes we havent had our drink or for them to take our order. We left. Why do we need to stay for extra minutes just for them to come to our table to get our order, Im regular customer there and never had any problems in the past this is the first time It happened to me this afternoon, waitress or waiter needs improvement, they dont need to keep customers waiting for more than 10 mins.

We had a young man name Christian serve us tonight. This was, by far, the best Olive Garden experience we have had in MONTHS. My boyfriend and our friends frequent the ones on N Rock and Maize, but this one puts the other two to shame. The food was impeccable! From the zuppe tuscana and the chicken gnocchi to the chicken alfredo, five cheese marinara, and eggplant parmigiana, we all found our food to be perfect! Were totally planning on forgetting the other two and making this our main OG, despite living in Newton!

Had dinner here last night, June 17th. I was in the party of 30. There were 3 large tables and each table had their own waiter. The table I sat at had 8 people. Our waiter was male. He was the absolute WORSE waiter I have EVER had. He was rude not just to me, but to the whole table. We all said he was awful. Management needs to get rid of this guy. He needs to find a job that does not deal with the public.

Pretty much the standard Olive Garden experience here, weve had some very good waiters and some that werent so good but never a really bad experience. Food has always been good and as advertised. It has always appeared clean and weve never had to send plates or dinnerware back. My family eats out pretty often and this always remains in the rotation!

Good food, even better service. This is probably the restaurant with the best service in all of Derby. Ive been when its busy and when its slow and Ive never had a dip in the quality of service. All of the dishes Ive had here taste great too. Any mistakes made with the way Ive ordered food have been corrected promptly and courteously.

Very poor service. Provided one salad for a table of 7 one of which had ordered unlimited soup and salad. Had to wait and beg workers to bring more salad and breadsticks. Felt abandoned by waitress. Spoke with a manager who delivered meals to table and he seemed indifference. This was on a Sunday afternoon at 5 p.m.

Horrible customer service. Ordered coffee, the first time was nothing but colored water. Spouse ordered iced tea got water. Manager walked by twice while we waited 15 minutes to place our order. Runner brought our food. Waiter never came back to the table until we were almost ready to leave.

The manager is amazing and is very supportive- he donated a meal to a family i need and made sure to let us know he would be more than happy again. Great guy! Also, we eat there often as a family and have nothing bad to say. Service, food and cleanliness is always top rate!

I ordered shrimp scampi.I figured it would be very flavorful, but other than the shrimp it had no flavor. Our waitress was one of the best. Dont think I want to go to the one in Derby again. I have talked to others who told me it wasnt that great.

Incredibly poor service during our last, and only, visit. Food was delivered after a 45 minute wait; we requested it to be delivered boxed to go after the long wait, still had to wait another 20 minutes for the check. Food was mediocre.

We have eaten at this restaurant multiple times. The only bad experience was totally because of the server that does not even work here any more. Every other time we have experienced excellent service and you know the food is great!

I eat hear often, because it is close and convenient. This location is especially clean, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and competent. Glad to have it in our town. Its hard to beat their buy/take one deal.
