Its best to go on Mondays for .60 boneless wings otherwise the markup is a bit high to be a good value. For about the past year now they have been slightly overcooking the wings and they tend to be a bit too crunchy. The fries are still limp and soggy as always but still tasty. I only ever get lemon pepper and they are on point but the Mrs says mild/garlic parm are good too. The place is claustrophobic tiny and the tables are too close for eating comfortably. Its also very dark inside. The beer selection is the worst I have seen. The "waiting area" is a 4ft wide child bench. It gets crowded in there waiting for orders so call ahead and wait in your car instead. As a matter fact Id suggest take out only as its not that great an environment. The parking situation is usually pretty bad with limited spaces. They also wont call you when your takeout order is ready even though they ask for your number even if they know youre waiting outside cause there is nowhere to sit or stand and wait. Basically they need a new location, more training and a new manager. Kids shouldnt run this place.

The worst location ever, despite it being really convenient, the staff there cant get it together. I have a problem literally every time I order from there. Only ordered from this location less than 5 times, due to them constantly having problems with their system being down. So when I order through the app or online, they NEVER get it and I end up having to place my order there. This evening we were given a time and when we went to pick up, our order didnt go through and they werent taking anymore orders, mind you this was at 9:20 almost 30 minutes til closing time. Very disappointing. There needs to be a wipe out of staff and an improved restaurant asap.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have had my order messed up multiple times. Im in here now getting my order corrected and the young handed me my food in the carton and no bag. There is one young lady there who is really sweet . She is a Caucasian lady with blonde hair . But every time I come in employees are playing on their phone ,talking ,playing ,or playing music on their phone. Customer service does not seen to be a priority of theirs . I highly doubt I return to this wings too again

Food is good but service not so good I called to place my oder. The lady who answered the phone put me on hold I drove up to the store and showed her that she had put me on hold for almost 10 minutes... All she said was " sorry i was busy" This has been the 2nd time this happens!

Took over 30 min. I placed my order at 1130 pm didnt get my food until after 1200 pm it was obvious they already closed and put up all there stuff ... to me this is disgusting to tell your customers you close at a certain time and have employees close when there good and ready

Love this place. So far Melissa Jenny has great customer service. Unlike a short employee that did not have courtesy towards a costumer who was crying like a lil bi***cuz he didnt have his own set of napkins at his table but I guess hes never been at a wingstop.
