Ive given this location several chances over the past year, and three visits including the last have forced me to never return to this restaurant. Almost a year ago, while dining on a busy Thursday night I ordered 10 boneless wings. Since it was busy, it took a little longer than usual but I didnt mind at all. When I bit into my first wing, I noticed it was chewy and looked down to notice it was RAW. The breading was cooked and the wings were sauce but every single wing in the batch was raw. I didnt return for several months and decided to give it another shot, but this time Id get it to go. I called in the order, picked it up, and when I got home the wings werent sauced, and were traditional bone-in wings as they were supposed to be boneless. I called the store to see what they could do about this, and they said they would either mail me a $10 gift card or I could bring it to the store to exchange it. I took the order back, and the manager never apologized and took the old food and I waited another 20 minutes for my correct order to come out. I was upset that nothing was offered (refund or the $10 gift card) but decided to not turn mountains into molehills. Finally, this morning, I decided to give it another shot almost a year after the last incident. My girlfriend and I wanted to make some wings at home and we needed sauce, so I went in to get a caesar salad and two bottles of sauce. Its a Monday and the restaurant was nearly empty. I sat down to wait and the manager was walking around the restaurant and only aknowledged me once by asking how I was. Ten minutes went by and I looked to the back in the kitchen and saw the employees talking and doing nothing to check on my order (remember the place was empty). I gave it another 5 minutes, got up and asked the person at the register if I could cancel the salad order. The manager came to the front and I asked if I could get a refund for the salad since it took almost 20 minutes to put lettuce, cheese, and dressing in a box. I explained my last two visits and said Id like to leave without the salad. He proceeded to get upset and throw away the salad (which I saw them make immediately in the back) and began pressing buttons on the computer with an attitude. The only saving grace is the fact that he refunded both the salad and the sauces, and I left without receiving a single apology. I will NEVER visit this location ever again. The customer service is terrible and the employees and manager have an arrogance about them that is more childish than professional. Do NOT visit this location.

It was during a very slow part of the day when my daughter and I went in. We were seated and orders takin. It took a Lil over 25 min to get a burger. Our waitress didnt come to our table once. My daughter had to go find us extra napkins cause we couldnt find our waitress all the while there were 4 waitresses standing in a crowd talking and laughing. When our waitress finally came to our table at the end of our meal, she laughed at us for using the "small" napkins. I was not happy about being laughed at cause she wasnt doing her job. I usually love this place and thats why I was OK with spending $75. Needless to say this location brought down my expectations for this chain. I will not go back to the east side one but may try the west side next time.

I have eaten here a total of three times since moving to Wichita, and two out of the three times Ive had a server from a different section (Tori Cardwell) come and start a problem at my table because I came in to eat with a coworker. This coworker chooses to take me here because she gets her discount and I cant afford to eat, so I really appreciate when she takes me out, so when this Tori girl comes to start problems, it ruins my night completely. I didnt complain the first time because I gave her another chance to be nice, but she made another problem last night using profanity at my table this time then went out of her way to find me on social media and harrass me. I will no longer support this place until they hire better people as servers.

I always love going to BDubs! Its a great place to watch a game or just have some delicious food! The lady time we went was on Wing Tuesday when they do half price bone-in wings. They used to run the deal where each wrong was $0.50 each on Tuesdays, but theyve changed it to be half price on their snack, small, medium, or large sizes now. Each size up is 5 more wings. They also used to let you split your order into more sauces, but now they will only let you do one sauce for every 5 wings, which is kind of a bummer. Fortunately, its still great food, friendly service, and lots of TV screens. Well definitely be back.

Jessica was an inattentive waitress, Greg the manager seemed to not care, had to get our own napkins and silverware. Never informed of last call. Waited 15 min for water. I have always enjoyed BWW. Not this time. Greg told US it was because it was Sunday and the wait staff waps eager to go home. ... Maybe Jessica should get a different job ??I used to be a server and this makes my heart weep because I cared about my costumers, and Jessica clearly did not. Greg the "manager" was a sad excuse as an example for Jessica and the rest of their team-of whom seemed better suited for manager- Greg didnt even offer us an apology.

I just had a rather displeasing experience with their service. I was the first person in line to pick up my to go order. I paid and was done with them 30 seconds or so. The only girl behind the counter then proceeded to help the next 5 people who walked in after me before finally going and getting all over orders at once. My food sat back there for nearly 10 minutes cooling off while she helped everyone else instead of retrieving the cooked food. According to the ticket the food was done 5 minutes before I arrived. My thanks goes out to Buffalo Wild Wings for serving me cold chicken.

My coworkers and I will come here about once a month and grab lunch. They have a reasonable lunch deal and I love the Carribean Jerk flavor with some bleu cheese and the potato wedges but their traditional buffalo sauces are good too if youre traditional. Lately Ive noticed a focus on customer service. The wait staff have been making an effort to understand if were on a lunch time frame and getting us in and out quickly if we need it which would be nice if we were on a time crunch but so far havent needed it as we usually beat the lunch crowd.

So I love the company Buffalo Wild Wings or as most people know it as BDubs, however I am disappointed every time I go to the one located on North Rock road. The service is always terrible and they always seem to mess up the easiest of orders. I would never recommend anyone to dine there. I go out of my way to go to the one in Derby Kansas just to guarantee great service, however I give this one a chance over and over and it never fails they always tend to leave a bad taste in my mouth both literally and figuratively..... Shame... smh
