El servicio que tienen esta pesimo y lentos como si les escurriera el chepin atole y los gerentes no hacen nada al respecto el otro dia llevava 15 minutos ahi nadie se acerco a tomar la orden tuve que marcar a su telefonos y decirlea k estoi ahi sentado desde hace 15 min y nadie se ha acercado a tomar mi orden llega el mesero diciendo srry for the long wait no habia ni gente ahi

I used to come to this location all the time, BUT after 3 horrible experiences in a row, I will likely not return. During Kobes last game, we arrived well before the game appx. 50-70 minutes. We did not receive drinks until 5 minutes before the end of the 3rd quarter, which was 2 hours in. This ended with us getting our food until 2:30 in. No apologies. No accommodations. Never again.

Took forever to get seated, there was hardly anyone there. Had to flag down a waitress to order,she couldn't get us the happy hour special because according to her the register was still an hour ahead! Went to the restroom where her and another waitress complained about customers tips, not to mention they didn't use the restrooms. Never again!

Waiter was beyond rude. Asked for a Pepsi took him 20 mins to bring it because he was to busy hitting on the girl at the counter. Food was cold and hard and they got my order wrong. Talked to the Manager, but she seemed as stupid as the waiter/waitresses working there. Place was super dirty. I will never eat there again.

Food is good and all but dont go of youre in a hurry and/or hungry. Service is slow if youre not at the bar. Its taken 10-15 minutes just to get my drinks ordered and the food took even longer. Ive gone in more than enough times hoping for a change and rarely does the server act like the they care.

The wings were dry and needed more sauce. I tried to let them know, but the waitress didnt come back until we asked for the tab. The wings that did have sauce were great. The wings were cooked to perfection, but just bad service. We ate there at 2 pm. It was empty and still got bad service.

We came on a Sunday evening after a graduation. It was the worst service. We waited for an hour to get the food and the poor server was like a chicken without a head. Other servers were just standing around, NO TEAMWORK AMONG THE EMPLOYEES. The sad part was that it wasnt even that buzy.

Worst customer service in all of Brownsville. I would rather pass kidney stones without medication than ever eat here again. Thats right, kidney stones. The waiters are trash and management is useless and stupid. I will be taking my anti-buffalo wild wings crusade everywhere I go!

Very good wings. They have a ton of flavors to choose from and the wings are cooked perfectly. The wings are a nice big size as they are a little larger than you average wing place. My only complaint is the service. Its not terrible but could be better.

The service was not good at all. Not only did the waiter fail to check up on us, he kept trying to pretend as if he didnt see us as I was trying to ask for a refill. What an awful visit! Might as well just go to wing stop.

Wings and beer. What more can you say? Only problem I had here was the service. Its sluggish at best. My beer glass hit bottom more than once and made me look around for the waitress to flag her down.

The service is terrible. Young teenage waitresses that chit chat at the front entrance. Customers looking for someone to refill their drinks. BAD service. No manager to watch this happening ?? Really ?

I love this place to go and watch my teams play!! BUT the service of the bartenders are horrible, he took 20 minutes just to get me and my guys 3 beers. i suggest less chit chat with the waiters!!!

Harambe died when I was in Jupiter driving a boat through Narnia to stop buy a warehouse in Delaware to buy shoes for my dogs cousins owner and ended up in Buffalo Wild Wings.....foods pretty good.

Food is always decent bar far. The service in Broensville is infamously poor. Not to mention the bartender doesnt normally know how to make anything other than a jack and coke.
