It is amazing. Im here right now and the food is glorious! The staff is super friendly and helpful! Its my first time eating here and they were happy to answer any and all questions I had! The food has the amazing flavor and tastes so fresh. Reminds me of the authentic taco trucks. With silantro and lime to boot! If you havent been here, you should be! They have an app you can download and itll give you a free burrito! Woo-hoo! Love it! Located close to time square cinema on Broadway! Hit them up!

Ive been enjoying Freebirds for years now so I was happy to see a location open in Tyler. The quality of food is good however, I would air on the side of caution when it comes to carry out, especially if you are in a hurry. Ive ordered online a handful of times and only once was it on time. Today I waited 20 minutes. On a customer service standpoint, thats just unacceptable. I did get a free drink...once.

While I am not a huge fan of the taste of their food, it is certainly comparable to Chipotle. Freebirds is a good place to eat overall. There are more options than Chipotle and has a fun atmosphere. Even though its not my favorite, I still crave it from time to time. Most employees have been pleasant and fun.

I did not have the best experience here. The employee was handling a trash can prior to making my burrito (without washing his hands after touching the trash), and I was over-charged for my order. The cashier eventually refunded the difference after I went back and told her that she had over-charged me.

Best experience ever! This was the first time I have visited this establishment and the service is only surpassed by the excellent quality of the food. I live 8 hours away from here but I will definitely make it a point to come back every time I am in Tyler.

When I heard we were getting a FreeBirds the fat kid in was like "whoot whoot"! Great staff, fresh food, huge portions if you dare; an at a great price. Sit in or take out, Ive NEVER left saying "I wish we would have gone to (blank)." GREAT EATS!

Fresh good burritos, Ive been eating healthier, and this place is perfect for me, they put it together right in front of you, many options, I got wheat tortilla, they have 4 tortillas, 2 kinds of rice 4 kinds of beans, and plenty of other add ons

The quality just doesnt seem to be there compared to Chipotle. Ive been here twice and each time the food just wasnt good. Had the steak and the chicken. The steak was fatty and the chicken was tasteless. Chipotles chicken is way better.

Came here with a vegetarian state mind due to Good Friday, and when my order came in, I was instantly amazed after the first bite of my burrito. If vegetarian food tasted like this, I dont think I would switch back to meat as often!

The flavor of the steak and chicken are delicious. If you get a burrito dont take all the foil off. Open one end and peel it as you go (think banana peel style). As a bonus, today we found out sour cream no longer costs extra!

Delicious food. I rarely actually eat, but the handicap parking and restrooms directly to the left of the front door make it my favorite place in town for a quick stop when I need to relieve myself

It was, ok. I felt that overall versus Chipotle they were pretty stingy with toppings. I got a bowl just like I do at Chipotle. After the meal I felt like I needed to go eat again.
