Horrible experience. Service is decent to bad but today it was the worst service Ive ever had from any business in my life. Person at the register was either on drugs or just didnt care about what I had to say but had to constantly repeat my order and ensure what he put in the system was right. I asked for a combo number and he only charges me for a sandwich. I corrected him. He asks if I want a hash brown with my combo and I tell him it already comes with one. I have to remind him that theres a drink also with the combo. The Two people at the counter look like they were children who didnt care one bit about their job. 20 minutes later I still dont have an order and people are coming in and going (was not busy). I told them i need my order and they dont say anything and just look at each other and look at me like Im stupid. Turns out they lost my order which I can over hear but no one apologizes or Informs me about it. Total of 25 minutes later and I finally get my order. I get in my car to drive home with it and decide to check my order for accuracy and sure enough half of my order is made incorrectly. If I wasnt already late to where I was going I would have went back inside and dumped it back on the counter and left. I will never go back to this Jack in the Box, nor do I recommend anyone to either.

Worst jack ever, the food is horrible. The burger meat is so bad that I had to get my stomach pumpt out. The store wouldnt even take a call and wen I would get thrue the ladys working there wouldnt even let know there names and wen I would ask for corp. number they said that it was out of service. Never will I ever go there again.

Absolutely horrible, I get home and I dont have all of my order and to top it all off they wont answer the phone. The language barrier may something to do with why I didnt get all of my order and she didnt give me a receipt to confirm my order. Its in my opinion that their mangement should reevaluate the staff at this location.

The most freguant drive thru attendant, maria. Yelled at me and called me racist because I was saying hold on I havr to turn off my loud truck. She called me a "rude and ignorant white privileged ass"..... Im not even white. Foodnis horrible takes an hour to go thru the drive. do not go

Just got a teriyaki bowl from here. It had 2 tiny pieces of chicken on it and 1 piece of broccoli! And no teriyaki sauce on it! It barely had any rice to! Horrible. And my soda was only half way full woth absolutely no ice in it! $8 for this is sad

Worst experience I have ever had at any good place. Rude employees. Walked in once and they just talked to eachother ignoring me at the register for an entire 5 minutes. I was the only one in the restraunt. I know why.

Service tends to be hit or miss depending on who is working the drive thru window. They overcharge and dont always give receipts.
