Really, I like their food, but my most recent experience is what is leading me to NEVER eat there again. I order from there once a week for at least 5 people in my office. This last time, I ordered my food at 11:30, figuring it would be here in time for my lunch at 12:00. 12:00 came and went and I started to wonder where my food was (they have ALWAYS called me if it would take more than 15-20 minutes) I finally called them at 12:30 and asked if the driver had left yet, and the lady told me she was waiting for him to get back. I went to pick up the food and she still wanted to charge me for delivery, with no apology for being over an hour late at this point. I refused to pay until she took the charge off, then when I finally got back to the office, I realized that 2 out of our 4 orders were completely wrong! who gets Kung Pao shrimp mixed with orange chicken?! I called back and STILL no apology. These people just lost a LOT of business just for someone was too proud to apologize. Had they just called me to let me know it was late (like they have for the last year ive been ordering from there), I would have been fine. Plus, Im a farm kid. I know what cows are supposed to taste like. Whatever it is they call beef surely is something else!

Ordered $36 worth of food. The rice was very soggy. The orange chicken sauce was bland. The hot & sour soup was VERY sour and flavorless (other than the sourness). The egg drop soup broth tasted like rice water instead of any meat broth. Shrimp rolls were very small (about 1in.-1.5in long...). Fried Rice was very salty or they added too much soy sauce. The fried dumpling didnt taste fresh or the wrapping was just too thick. The fried chicken werent bad but it had a little weird taste to it (and theyre small like the frozen wings). This was my first time trying Chinese at a Non-Viet restaurant and so maybe I had a high standards but... we tossed out all the food and were stuck eating PB & J for dinner because we lost our appetite.

They dont know how to make steamed rice...but they have really good hot and sour soup. The food is your typical american/chinese food. The one big gripe I have is with their white rice. I order from here 4-5 times per month and they have never gotten the steamed rice right. Instead of individual rice grains, the rice is like a ball of fused dough. Trust me, when I say fused together I dont mean like sticky rice. I mean its a glob of rice like someone sat on it for an hour and then they tried to roll it up into a ball before they served it. They are a chinese restaurant..How can they mess up white rice!?

This really is a hole in the wall. The good is great and the prices are the lowest Ive seen for Chinese food in Houston. You wouldnt want to eat in the establishment as most people order to-go or delivery. The lady at the counter may seem unapproachable, but dont worry shes just all about her business. Service is not SUPER FANTASTIC like it would be at a 5 star restaurant due to language barriers, but its not terrible.

Literally beyond disgusting! I went there once to get orange chicken(cause you really cant screw that up) and it didnt even taste like chicken.... also they precook their friend chicken and keep it out in a bucket near the cash register when I walked in, and theres no excuse for that. ALSOO dont EVER use a to-go cup from them! When I went to pay for my food I saw a man picking the cups from the trash and WASHING them!

Awesome hole in the wall. Looks sketchy but thats how you know its good. They have big servings and a meal deal that NO other place in the area can beat (believe me Ive tried). I eat here about twice a week at least. The meat they use isnt heavily batterered and they dont put more vegetables than meat. General Tso chicken White rice Egg drop soup Crab puff $7 and some change

Called at 7:11 for delivery that did not arrive until 9:00. Told delivery driver to take the food back and have them recook food. Called back for order status and was told I didnt want the food everybody is gone. I specifically told the guy on the phone to resend order hot. I do not think people should answer phones if they dont understand English

I love this place. Very affordable and really good food. I normally do delivery but when I went to pick it up, I was amazed that they used fresh veggies...because of the low price! GENERAL CHICKEN is the best! Very fast service. 1 thing if you do delivery make sure you tip...bad attitude if you dont!

Perfect for take-out as the dining room feels cramped and as someone else here said a bit too "hole in the wall" for my taste. Very reasonable prices for the combo meals with plenty of food provided. Im a fan of the sesame chicken myself, though everything looks and smells great.

The best bang for your buck! It is by no means a fancy place but they quality of food that you get for your money is amazing! I live 10 minutes away and they are so quick that I place my carry-out order as Im getting into the car. It is always ready by the time I get there!

There online menu on their website is so outdated and the prices are wrong. When I ordered, the price was much more expensive. Their pork fried rice is great, but any dish with beef is nasty. Most of there beef is rubbery and gross.

Combos r good deals. Sweet n sour chicken combo is similar to McDonalds chicken nuggets, but better deal w/ real chicken. But if u r into Real chinese food, stay w/ things like garlic chicken or kung pao chicken.

Argued with two people when ordering delivery. They said I was too far. With a 5mi limit I live 3.9mi away. Food arrived 1.5 hrs later and marginal at best. Not willing to order from there again.

Live 6mins away- convenient, regular Chinese food. Better than drive thru, but not Benihana. Ordered the special fried rice, it hit the spot- 7.25 + tax, I would go back, it tastes delicious.

Terrible place, terrible food. Sesame chicken doesnt taste as chicken, nor as sesame. Only 2 super small pieces of broccoli as vegetables. But ok, it is really cheap.

The combos are a great deal. You get the entree, rice, appetizer, and soup for $6.00! I personally like their General Tsos chicken. I recommend this place to others!
