If I could give 0 stars I would do so. I will NEVER order from this place and I advise anyone to do the same. I do not understand how this place is still open. I decided to try this place out since I received a menu on my door for delivery. Please keep in mind, this location is less then a 5 minute drive from my house. I placed my order and was assured that in thirty to forty five minutes it would be delivered. After a hour and a half had passed, I decided to give the location a call to figure out where my order was. The man who took my order who I believe is the owner answered and told me very impatiently that he would call the driver. After two tries of not being able to get in touch with the driver he said just wait a little bit longer and that he should be arriving soon. I wasnt reassured like I felt like I needed to be if he couldnt even get a hold of the driver. After five more minutes of waiting, I called again to cancel my order. As I was calling the driver delivered my food and said he was "lost". Again, I live 5 minutes away and the driver gave no apology. I told the owner on the phone that I was very unhappy. Not only was my food COLD, but if the driver was lost I would expect a phone call so I am able to give directions, at least out of customer service courtesy call me to tell me it will be late. The owner gave no apologies and started to argue with me that it wasnt a hour and half and the food was hot. I then told the owner that I need a discount for the inconvenience and he said no while raising his voice. I told him once again how long I waited and that again the food was cold. Out of customer service in the food industry, I should not only be given an apology but be treated with respect. I finally stopped the man from yelling and told him I would be giving my bank a call tomorrow to dispute the payment because I wouldnt be paying for this. He then stated he would call the cops on me immediately and it would be resolved. I then told him that I would not tolerate that kind of treatment and would do the same out of my own safety. The man then stated "Youre threatening me? Then I threaten you! If you have the f**king balls to call the cops on me then I will call the cops on you as well. I then felt extremely threatened because this man is angry and has my address. I finally was able to get a word in and said I will never order from this place again and also make sure my complex knows of this matter as well so no other tenant will feel unsafe or threatened and I hung up. Please keep in mind that I was not looking for a free meal but to just have customer service that I feel like I deserved. To also add, the food was incredibly disgusting and not worth the wait at all. Beware of this place!

I called to place a credit card order for my boyfriend and his client who was working. After being grilled about my identity, the man on the phone told me "whats the billing address, i ASSUME its not the same on this card. Because this credit card can be stolen, I not only need your name but I also need the name of the person on the card for their protection and yours." WTF why would i send someone to MY apt if i stole a credit card?! I told them that the credit card holder was here and just gave me the card to place the order since he was working. He then said the driver would have to scan the card upon delivery and I would have to prove who i was. Kind of peeved, I placed the order anyway. 10 mins after I got off the phone with them, I got a call back from them and he said "Ms. Amber, I called American Express and they couldnt authorize a signature so you will have place the order online." Authorize a signature? How and WHO authorizes signatures for a PHONE pizza order?! he apologized then invited me to place the order online, but i said no thank you and hung up. worst experience I EVER gotten just because I wanted to order some steak and cheese calzones.

Ordered from this place on occasion for office lunches. The food is mediocre, but its reasonably cheap, so its fine. Today I ordered a piece of cheesecake, and they showed up without it. Since I ordered through Eat24, I messaged Eat24 to assist with resolving my issue. They took too long to respond so I ended up just calling Pizza Seven. The guy who answered sounded completely clueless, then he handed the phone to another guy so I could have the privilege of explaining myself twice. He walked around asking other people about where the cheesecake was, and eventually told me theyd send it out. It was delivered promptly, but upon opening the container I realized its FROZEN. Its a rock hard frozen slice of cheesecake. Eat24 eventually called me and removed the cheesecake from my order, so kudos to them.

I got tired of chain pizza places getting my order wrong every single time Ive ordered--Pinks Pizza, Dominos, Papa Johns, to name a few--so I looked for lesser-known locally owned pizza places to order from. Pizza Seven has always arrived earlier than they said they would arrive, always with the correct order, friendly service on the phone and in person, and the pizza tastes very good, every time so far. I ordered pizza again for the third time tonight and to my surprise they had saved my address and name with my phone number so they instantly knew who I was and where to deliver! I think thats pretty awesome. Again with very friendly attitude when answering the phone and taking my order. I cant wait for the impending deliciousness.! Also, try the eggplant its great!

The entire experience was bad. If I could give less than one star, I would. The restaurant is located in a mostly vacant shopping center behind a strip club. It felt unsafe. A drunk panhandler demanded money from us before we could even make it inside. The food is mediocre at best. The sandwiches were very light on toppings and dry. The pizza is very small for the price. Not worth the money. The service was bad as well. They were arrogant and acted as if they were doing us a favor by serving us their bad food. If you are looking for good food, almost anything in the area would be better than Pizza Seven.

Where do I start. The delivery guy couldnt find our apartment, I can forgive that, its a big place. He initially gave us the wrong order and would have driven off had I not stopped him. Now on to the food. The wings were nothing special. Some were piping hot, others were cold. Not sure how that happens. The antipasto salad was good. The pizza was bad. The cook forgot a topping and the crust was bland and hard and there was virtually no sauce on the pizza. The only good thing was the cheese. I can safely say that I will not be ordering from pizza seven again.

Great pizza. Prices are decent. and deliveries are pretty quick. I have tried almost everything on the menu from burgers to pizza, salad, subs, Panini, pasta, appetizers, everything. The pizza is loaded with toppings like nothing Ive ever seen a surprise your mouth will forever be grateful for. Almost an every night meal. lol. All n all I love this place great food. Please everyone if you have not tried it please go eat here. Order Order Order, you will not be disappointed. :)
