Steve was amazing along with housekeeping staff all very friendly and attentive to our needs. Orginally we booked for a different hotel in the area but changed due to friendly service from Steve and atmosphere. Upon arrival, Steve was very helpful gave us a tour of the hotel, bar and pool area and then showed us to our room. Bracelet key to get into room was a great asset and we loved the chairs outside our room to sit and enjoy the outside area. We stayed in their suite that had kitchen, living room and dining room and two bedrooms, and bathroom and was given the suite for the reminder of our stay per the owner. It was a pleasant surprise. Thank you! The king sized bed however was hard to sleep on very hard. We enjoyed the hot tub area as it was a enclosed area away from bar and pool, the pool however was very buggy and warm and needed to be cleaned. The drink prices were high (drinks were very good, thanks steve!) and the grill was closed due to no stove working. Wished we could have eaten at the grill. The owner was pleasant at first but once we had some concerns he seems unsociable. The general bathroom was very nice , the rooms in general could use some updating but it seems that they are working on some updates. Last but not least when we arrived there were pest control issues , staff immediately stepped up and helped, but after third night there was more pest control issues and once leaving we spotted more issues when loading our vehicle. The owner is very lucky to have such amazing staff and his manager Steve!

The rooms were clean but a bit out dated. Very small. No dressers or table to eat at in your room. Beds and lamp table only. Outside could use some updates, looked like some repairs had been recently done. Pool is smaller, holds about 20 people. Was rather warm so couldnt really cool off in it. Outside bar was nice. Good selection of drinks and bartender was great. Inside bar also well stocked and again great service. Food at inside bar was good, especially since we didnt want to drive anywhere. When booking we were unaware this hotel was "gay friendly". This wouldnt have deterred us from staying as the staff was great. It is an 18 and up only place. Overall it was a nice stay.

This was a very nice weekend getaway. Very friendly staff...gave us a tour of the place and everything at check in. Loved the atmosphere here. The rooms were not as outdated as others have stated they could use more storage space though, that would take up more room that the rooms lack. I was actually impressed with the blankets used. Not your typical hotel look. Overall I was quite pleased with my stay here.

I had a great time and stay here! Everyone is so unbelievably friendly and compassionate. Very different from life in Houston. I enjoyed the pool very much, perfect temperature. I have no real complaints other than the room wasnt completely clean. There was a random long hair in the ice bucket, but I just washed it out, no biggie. Other than that, I quite enjoyed myself. Thanks for being friendly!

The staff is immensely kind. The beach is a two minute walk from the place, and they have a shower when you enter, so you dont need to wait for one at the beach. They have a pool with a volleyball net next to the bar which is all open late. The hot tub is even open till 2 AM. My only issue was the bathroom was not as up to date as you would find in a hotel but still very clean.

The owner was a really mean old man at first but chilled out. And the room is just a nice bed with the T.V and a bathroom. No fridge or Microwave. Tbh since youre headed out to South Padre youre not gonna be spending a lot of time in your room. But at least the best will be the most comfortablest Im your life.

This place was very nice, the owner on the other hand was very rude. My friends and I were looking forward to o good nights stay instead we were stared told only two people were allowed in the room, why would we get a room with 3 beds and two rooms for two people???

Laid-back gay bar and hotel at the beach. I just came for a couple of drinks and had to keep time. I met a couple of people to my left and to my right. Its a gay bar and a gay Hotel. Come here if you are okay with being accepted for who you are.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I ended up having to leave early and they refund me the nighrs that i didnt stay no question asked. The room was very nice. Its close to the ocean not even 5 minute walk. It was a great place

Good atmosphere, Jacuzzi and pool, the bar was a few feet away, and the room was nice. It can get kind of noisy if your room is by the bar but if youre booking at a bar/hotel that should be expected so it didnt bother me at all.

Service here is top notch! Location is walking distance to beach and main drag. Room wasnt super up to date but was clean and perfect for our getaway. Tile floors great for dog friendly hotel. Would definitely return.
