We have been placing to-go orders at this place since more than a month now. Taste is good and if you are around Market place in Irving I recommend giving it a shot. Goat Achari and seekh kabab should be a must if you like that meat. The not-so-good part of the experience is the the phone number and the response recieved when placing an order. From my side I tried calling from AT&T and T-Mobile but almost everytime Ive experienced issues. You put this up with reps but they are like "We dont care". To sum up, dont expect a decent to-go order experience here; if you can live up with it it, the taste is good.

Chicken 65 was hard and not cooked. So was the mutter kheema masala. Food was ok. Service was fine. This was my second visit and the food was consistently low quality. The amazing fact was the dishes were being served so fast after ordering that it was pretty clear they were pre cooked. Especially the starters. I am originally from Bombay, would appreciate if the owner does justice to Bombay style street food being served at the restaurant here. Would definitely visit again to see if the quality has improved or degraded. Only for the name and the Indianness...!!

Me and my girlfriend went to have dinner here today,Saturday. It was loud and noisy. We are not very high demanding people when we go to restaurants, but the tables and chairs had one leg shorter than others. We can live with that. Despite the nice owners, the Hispanic-looking waiter was passive aggressive with us. In the end, when we asked for a to-go box, he was pointing to our plates to force us to tell number of boxes, rather than politely asking. That was a disrespectful manner to exhibit. Not coming back.

We went there on a weekday and were surprised to see a buffet although they dont advertise it much. We went for their menu as that is where they specialize. They have an impressive list with sizzlers, something I have not found anywhere else. The sizzler size is decent if you are not very hungry. However, their concept of spice too is red pepper flakes and that disappointed me. A chef who regulates spice in their food based on how much red pepper they can add, does not get a lot of approval from me.

Extremely great food, quality service and professional staff. I had a personal interaction with one of the managers, Mr Vishesh, where he quickly sorted out a minor issue I had with a bill. He personally remembered me so he was able to assist me in a timely fashion and I did not have to re explain myself. The chicken vindaloo is my favorite and I definitely recommend if you enjoy spicy food.So I highly recommend this restaurant for their food and personal touch with their customers.

Inspite of the name being Bombay sizzlers I dont think they understand what sizzlers mean.. we ordered paneer Tikka sizzler which was not sizzling but warm at best, with only cabbages and coriander. There were some pieces of paneer Tikka. Are you kidding me? Please dont put the word sizzlers in your name. And then I ordered the veg Hyderabadi biryani which was my mistake. What was I thinking. It was rice, few veggies and about a bucket of red chilli.

Great food and staff. We were a very high need school group that has a lot of bells and whistles to deal with (tax free, individual receipts). The staff was patient, kind and worked with us to make the experience fantastic. I personally ordered the chicken saag and thought it was very well done. The manager did a great job assisting and checking in on us. Overall it was definitely worth the stop.

Not worth it for lunch.... Dont waste your money. They have lunch buffet and is a waste of money compared to other Indian lunch buffet on Macarthur for the same price ( hilltop/ our place). They had very limited menu on the buffet for the price. And the jeera rice in the buffet was laid out on a plastic sheet wrapped to the buffet container. Who does that ????!! Looked horrible and cheap.

It usually takes a lot for me to give any place a bad review specially an Indian food place, I been to this place 3 time during all my visits I observe an awful customer service, wait is way too long even when there where couple of people there. Not busy at all. Parking is another problem, too expensive. Actual to many problems to write. Just dont waste your money and time.

Good service but food taste was below expectations. Manchow soup was watery. We asked for extra spicy on Chilly Chicken and schezwan rice. They were not at all close to taste Im used to and Im from Bombay so I know. Chilly chicken gravy was light brown watery mix and rice was barely edible and tasteless. Very dissapointed and unsatisfied considering the $ I spent here.

Really good place for indian food. Had great food. Must try cut mirchis and paneer with black paper. Great food and awesome place . Second location next to Patel store recently open but Chinese food option is ok. Its feels like I was having American food no spices or no taste. Even sizzler was totally blend. Must try cut mirchis awesome must try.

Ambience and decorations are good. The waitstaff ok. But the food needs to improve a lot. The wait staff were very friendly but they just seem inexperienced. The food, however, is the only reason I wont be coming back to this restaurant. Of the 5 dishes we ordered, only one of them could be considered even ok. Everything else was just underwhelming

Food is not so good. And the staff not prepared to handle medium to full capacity at all. I went at 8:20PM on a sunday night and there was a little higher than usual customers, the staff were completely unprepared to handle them. I received my order at 9:45 when i am trying to leave. Its the same for all the people there at that time.

I have eaten a lot of Indian food but Bombay Sizzler is truly the best I have ever had. The staff is friendly and the food has a gourmet touch. Well thought out spices and perfect Nan. Cant say enough about this place and the staff! I hear a second location is coming in March, looking forward to try it as well!

Not worth it at all. Its a fire hazard waiting to happen with everyone crammed in. If you REALLY want to eat here just forgo the dinning in experience and just get take out. Because honestly out of all the Indian restaurants Ive tried in my whole Indian life I have never been to one with this bad of service.

I had dine in dinner and food tastes really good, its awesome. The name justifies Mumbai taste. I ordered Garlic Chicken, Shahi Paneer, Tawa Chicken and butter naan. Gravy comes with Jeera rice. Everything was good. Its little expensive than regular desi restaurant but its worth the money. Go for it.
