Where do I start ?? After having the worst service ever I asked to speak to the manger named Chris. I told him about the waitress forgetting to put my fiancee s wing order in and how our other friends were already done eating ( we were going to share an order of wings). So, I asked him to comp our wings and 2 beers. Instead if doing that he "discounted" $2.50 from our tab. Talk about great management skills... lol. I told him to forget it and had my fiance pay for the whole tab and that they can keep the $2.50.. Mind you, the money is definitely not the issue... so bottom line us that the waitress sucked and so did the manger.

Had an amazing time that I had to go back for 2nds... they had the most tender ribeye I had ever tasted.. the pricing was great our bartender/server was fantastic!!!! Thank you Alan! Next time we go we certainly hope to see you again! He has such a wonderful personality. I loved that I could chose music and create my own atmosphere that others enjoyed as well.. Haha, the only thing that I didnt enjoy was some lady at the bar drinking who thought her singing was great.. haha.. butbshe left and the rest of the time was the remarkable.. this place very much made our night..

Horrible restaurant. Old food, cold fries, disgusting cheese sauce. The shrimp didnt taste right and the burger was bad. My wife and I both got extremely sick. Raging diarrhea and vomiting. We were so disappointed, I shouldve just taken my family to KFC across the street. I just wanted to give my family a nice restaurant experience on south padre island but we were fooled by the pictures and past reviews. You guys dont deserve the one star I had to put to write this review. Thank you so much

There was hair in most of our plates and the "manager" said she couldnt do anything about it, our family chose to come here for the first time thinking we would have a great experience but this is far from true. DO NOT waste your time. On the bright side our waitress was amazing! Even after the "manager" did nothing for us our waitress treated us with respect and is a wonderful waitress. I feel bad that she has to deal with people like this, she is deserving of an amazing job.

Montanas is a great bar/restaurant. Everything is reasonably priced and the service by bartender/waiter, Brady, is second to none. He is an absolutely super young man....professional, attentive, pleasant, and incredibly efficient. Its the perfect place to watch your favorite game of sports on their many live screen televisions and the food is very good. They also offer the same in an upstairs open-air atmosphere. Go there. It wont disappoint.

I went two nights in a row. The first was okay but we only got fried pickles and beer. We went the next and they lost our order. Food took over an hour after that. They had almost no staff and when we asked for a discount they only gave us a dollar off for all the trouble we went through. The only reason this isnt one star is because my food was not half bad.

I just finished eating the special of the day : salisbury steak. I had never had that meal. I thought I wasnt going to like it, but damn was it good. The price is just right! ONLY $5.50! You just cant beat that! Kaitlyn the young lady at the bar was so nice. She offered me a diet coke while I was waiting for my order. I will defiantly go back. Thanks

04/25/17 We are in South Padre for a few days and came across this bar & grill. Allen our server/bartender was amazing. Very nice and he kept checking on us. The food was delicious. We will definitely be back. We got to watch the Spurs game on a big screen so we were very happy. We will definitely be back!!!

Great place to watch sports and the food is very good. No kids under 21 allowed upstairs. Seafood is fresh and the selection of booze is decent. Lots to choose from on the menu. I prefer sitting upstairs because you get to enjoy good food and a sunset. I should also not that smoking is allowed upstairs.

Food was AMAZING!!!! Cocount shrimp plate is the way go the portion sizes are enough to fill up even my hubby... The kiddos ate the catfish plate and loved every bite. We enjoyed it so much it was the only place we ate our entire visit we even got a to go order on our way off the island

Last night of our vacation and was looking for a place to have dinner and we found it at 11:45 pm. Sign showed food was served until 1:30! We had the ceviche, coconut shrimp and fish tacos. Food was great, awesome drink specials and service was great as well! We are def coming back!

The portion sizes here are huge. The steak dinner on Fridays are delicious. Go up top for a great view of the fireworks.
