This was my first time eating at this restaurant and I went during lunch time on a Tuesday. I got great customer service from the hostess and my waiter, Uriel. They were friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful explaining how it all worked. Ingredients were well stocked and fresh. The whole establishment was good relief from the heat and very clean. I know some people say this place is pricey but Ive moved from the West Coast so I thought a large bowl for $13 (ingredients plus 3 sides) was a good deal! If this is your first time and youre indecisive, it can be overwhelming to see all the different ingredients and trying to come up with your mix, so you may want to look online or ask other people of what theyd recommend! PS- taste the sauces so youll make sure it wont ruin your meal by being too spicy or not what you expected :)

The customer service sucked! The waitresses/hostess were rude and miserable. They were cussing and talking about their personal problems they didnt bother to check on our table! The cooks were great. The bathrooms were disgusting! Mildew was on the inside of the toilets and the sink was gross I felt like if I washed my hands theyd be dirtier than they were before I touched the knobs to the faucet. I love genghis grill but I dont reccomend this location!

The food is actually very good. I dont like that they just started a new policy stating that you can no longer take your leftovers with you in a to-go box. Which is one of the reasons why I come here. So, instead of being able to take it with me and finish it later, I guess someone decided it was better to just waste the food. If theyre going to be so petty as to try to save money this way, the least they could do is give the extra food to the homeless

First time trying Genghis Grill and I must say that I was satisfied. From the host to the waiter and the cooks and food, I have no complaints. The waiter let us know how things work there, he was very helpful and our drinks were always full. Con: the price for 3 people was $50 and some change........ But the food is not disappointing. Pick whatever you want from meats, veggies, spices, sauce, rice and or noodles

As delicious as you want it to be. Customization is the name of the game here. If stir-fry is what youre craving, then you cant go wrong with Genghis Grill! The wait staff is friendly and the cooks know what theyre doing. With friends but dont want stir-fry? They have a regular menu as well. The somewhat limited selection of items and the high prices are what keeps this from a 5 star score.

Literally the worst service ever. This is one of my favorite restaurants but the service makes me not want to come back. Its always empty when I come and it takes my waitress 20 minutes to just bring me my drink. The host took more care of me than the wait staff. Then the manager wasnt any help either. My boyfriends food was wrong and she didnt even care to fix it.

When here for to go. Service was ok at best. Greater was not friendly, none of the workers seemed interested in helping me when I had a question. Serving sized seemed smaller than at other locations Ive been to, less noodles. Bowls for sauces still sopping wet. Overall was not that great of an experience. I most likely wont visit this location again.

we ordered our drinks, went and made our bowls. drinks still were not at the table. 1 bowl came still no drinks. finally saw a waiter and asked for our drink. worst day ever service was awful. had to go up to the register and ask for a refill and my check.

Not enough food for the price. They got rid of their bottomless bowl, and now you order by bowl size. This is not a good place to bring a group of people that have never been here before, since there are so many options and you have to build your own bowl.

Service is nice. Usually no wait to be seated. The bowls have gotten smaller unless you pay extra for the large bowl. The dont have a "kids bowl"- you have to pay for the small size. They no longer offer unlimited bowls. Food selection is pretty good.

Sometimes you want to go where everybody wants to know your name, and every one that works there really does know my name. I stop in two or three times a week after work just to be with friends. Thanks to all of the hard working people of MY Genghis!

I love Genghis Grill because I can eat healthy and I loveee the dragon sauce. However, Im leaving 3 stars because I am never impressed the with service here. Whether the place is empty or packed, its never really good service. Love the food though

Wanted to order a kids meal to go they said my baby had to be with me thats crazy the service sucked that was my only complaint the bartender was nice he got my charges reduced but the rules for the kids meal is ridiculous they need to change it

Service is decent, and the decor is nothing to write home about, the good lord that food is wonderful. If nothing else, I keep coming back for the enjoyment of being able to build my own bowl to my specification and feasting on the results.

Waiters werent as attentive as usual. We had to ask another waiter for our drink, silver ware, & napkins! & the serving sizes arent as hearty as they used to be! Overall service was just poor today, however food was great as it always is!

In the past the quality of the food was really good however the sausage is too salty. The womens bathroom had one roll of toilet paper in one stall. The food bar was messy. The waitress was friendly. And they refuse to give out cheese.

I had a to go order, I went to the bar for 15mins and was not asked if I wanted a drink not ONCE. It was only four people at the bar, three of them were together. I simply wanted one shot. Anyways, the food was good as always!
