I was driving back to Oklahoma with my 3 young children & my 5 year old had gotten sick. I stopped for a sweet tea, waters, & an extra cup just incase he got sick again. My oldest decided he couldnt make the remaining 2 hr trip back without food. I was so disoriented when I started ordering and just ordered separate items here in there. The sweet girl at the register put everything that I wanted into an actual order and ordered me a meal which save me some money and gave me exactly what I needed! She was super sweet and even gave me the extra cup free of charge! (which the cup saved us several more times down the road!) Thank you so much for making my stressful drive home with a sick child better.

Food was great but while waiting didnt appreciate the talk and actions of employees.Sad cause food great but customers should be respected abd if employees want to talk bad and make hand gestures to one another do it when no customers are there.spoke to a young man but he informed me that there is no corporate to report to so Ill share it here.thank u.

They are super busy today but the young people working are keeping a great attitude and trying really hard. A little disappointed that there is no chicken cooked, but like I said they got slammed right before I got here. Settling for tenders, fish and rolls.. oh there were no rolls cooked either lol Must be Monday!

I give them a 3 because the tenders are always good. My husband usually has an issue with their fries not being fresh. Sometimes okra is over cooked. People are pretty friendly at this location. In general i love chicken express but they can be pretty pricy depending on location.

This location is under new ownership. The food is way better now, the service is way better now, the ownership is way better now. The new owners even did a complete remodel of the place!! You can tell the new owners definately dont cut corners like the old ownership did!!!

Love this place!!! Im Guessing they switched management because the people were NEVER friendly before. We got our order quickly, and they even threw in 2 pies for my kids Thank you Chicken Express for making my super stressful and horrible day better!!

99% of the time they mess up my order & I order the same damn thing every time! Train your employees better because most of them are complete idiots! TIP: ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER OR GO INSIDE TO ORDER YOUR FOOD!!!

Not only was my order wrong, I was shorted on the chicken. These tenders make McDonalds chicken nuggets look huge. Not to mention the slow service that always goes with this place.
