Stopped by on a Tuesday night. The place was empty except for a car in the drive thru. We went in and had two separate orders. They took the first and when that was done and rang up they never came back over to take the other. They didnt say we will be right with you or anything. Didnt acknowledge us at all. We stood there about 5 more minutes maybe thinking they were taking care of their drive thru (there were 3 workers there by the way, that I saw) and then realized that the girl that was working was cleaning and not taking any more orders. I finally asked how much longer the wait would be and they ignored me. So I informed them that we could just go spend our money at sonic if they didnt want to help us. Still not a word from them. Horrible horrible service! We will not go back. Its really sad because we love our chicken express in our home town. They are always so friendly and helpful. Hico chicken e should take note. Owners please make sure your employees respect your business because you probably lost out on about $60 from my family tonight.

Chicken Express/Taco Express it is a franchise, so the menu is the same from location to location. I travel through this town regularly, and stop here very often. They are always friendly and quick to help out. I have a large family so the staff always asks to help carry our food out, (unusual for a fast food place) and they are forgiving on the item count. I very often find just a little bit more than advertised in each plate or to go order. The restaurant is clean and the people are friendly, what more can you say?

Slow service, drive through sign has not worked in ten years. Thus, your order is constantly wrong because the employee is memorizing your entire order, or lack thereof. Also, it might be all chicken "Es" (thats what they call it) but the chicken is salty and the tea is sugar water brown.

I stopped just to get tea. This was my first time to chicken express that I had to pay so much for tea. I even got a gallon to take home and they had to fill the carton, never had I purchased where it was not pulled from the fridge. Maybe many people dont buy like that. #localguides

Walked in and they looked at us as if we were bothering them. Asked for corn nuggets and the girl said "it takes two mins to make them!" They werent even busy and they had the worse attitude over some chicken strips.

The rudest people Ive encountered in small town Texas. Why? We rarely go to a Chicken Express and the girl taking our order treated us like retards because we werent familiar with what comes with the combos.

They seemed to be quite understaffed so our service was pretty slow. The employees were trying really hard though. Our food was hot but my husbands order was incorrect.
