We go to Chicken Express every once in a while (for all of our fast-food chicken needs). Theyre always been friendly, and worked to speed up orders, including coming out to your car while youre waiting in the drive-thru line behind a slow order, to complete the transaction instead of having you wait until youre up to the window (and the foods cold). The food tastes great, not excessively greasy. There are a number of sides to choose from, but you *definitely* have to try their corn nuggets (mmmmmm). They did mess up our order *once* (no mashed potatoes and chicken pieces instead of strips). When we got home (across town), realized the error, and called them up, they immediately offered to give us a free 20-piece meal with two large sides(a $25 meal!!). We went to take them up on it a few days later, and immediately they recognized us ("oh, right, Mrs. XXX. What would you like your two sides to be?") and had it ready for us when we got there. Mistakes happen, but what happens afterward is what tells you the kind of establishment youre dealing with. That, and the wall full of thank-yous from the community. Highly recommeded. Did I mention that you have to try the corn nuggets?

I rarely stop at this place...if I do its a last resort due to what chicken restaurants are on this particular street. Each time Ive came through the drive thru....the wait can be much too long compared to other fast food drive thrus. Yesterday, was not better, the biscuits crumbled in your hands,the lid was not placed securely on my green beans so the juice leaked out causing the chicken to become wet so I had them to replace the meal with a fresh one...I hope! Both times I had to ask for the missing biscuits that were included in the meal...which wasnt worth it end the end. Never ever to eat there again, quality and service needs to be desperately improved. Better off grabbing popcorn chicken for Sonics next door.

The Fat female manager is extremely rude,but the food is good ...i said thanks, and she basically threw me my food from the drive thru window and didnt repspond, and when i asked for BBQ sauce she gave me (1) packet for 7 Tenders ! and then she closed the window , i think she hates minorities...next time ill wear a bag over my head to disguise my devil skin...from now on im only going to eat there is the old male manager or the middle age female manager is working...they at least give me (2) packets of BBQ sauce...the old guy hooks it up, i usually end up with a few more tenders than what i paid for

This chicken express use to be the best place to ever go. I came yesterday to see if I could get a meals big enough for 10 people. And was treated rudely by some staff member. She acted as though I was bothering her. So I told her since she felt I was bothering her I will go somewhere. So I did. Dont ever treat your customers rude. I wasnt ride to you!!! SO BIG SHOUT OUT TO KFC YALL TOOK GOOD CARE OF US. FRESH EVERYTHING!! NEW OWNER OF CHICKEN EXPRESS TELL YOUR STAFF THAT THE CUSTOMERS ARE NOT A BOTHER. BUT THERE PAY CHECK!! TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT!!

I agree with the other poster that had a big meal order. The meal is on the menu but they seem really put out when you order. If you need to order for a family I dont recommend it. I waited in the drive thru forever and was only given half of my food. When I came inside they first claimed they had given it to me and then said well it would be a while so I had a second long wait again inside. It would have been faster to go to the one in Moore the next town over. That one has great service.

I go here everyday for a bag of ice and sweet tea. Went today for a bag of ice, pulled up to the window and watched one employee wipe the same counter for 10 minutes and the manager at the front register but no one got my ice. Called and the manager said she was counting down her drawer but I didnt see her counting anything but talking to someone up front. Finally left without ice and will be going somewhere else from now on

I go to this location quite frequently the food and the staff get worse every time I visit , tonight is probably the last time . The chicken was hard as a rock and grease dripping from it the fries were cold and soggy I ordered a Dr pepper and a sweet tea. they had cups of tea pre-made inside the ice . Which I find quite disgusting . They cups were stood up in the ice they were putting in other cups ,

I had an excellent experience! The waiting time was not bad at all, and I love the service of a young employee, her name was katrina. She was working very fast, and spoke so kindly, and made sure to tell us to have a goodnight! I recommend this establishment to everyone, I will definitely be going back. The food was amazing, but Katrina was what made it a good idea to stop for chicken tonight.

I have had positive experiences at the Moore location many times, but this Norman location is completely different. I wont be back! I just spent 33 minutes in the drive through waiting for one meal! They could have cooked that meal 5 times in that amount of time. For my complaint, I simply got "Im sorry. You should have come in." That is inexcusable service!

Most unfriendly people. They assumed I wanted a biscuit had to ask for a roll & the roll crumbled like it had been sitting out for a week. Chicken was dried out. I asked for cheese sticks for my side and they gave me 1 cheese stick. I asked for some serendipity salt. Never asked which one I would like had me the hot one and closed the window

Awful experience, been there twice within a week and its been a joke. I went through drive through only to sit to give my order for 5 minutes then when I finally reach the window they are even slower and proceed to give me the wrong order and laugh about it. Food tastes fine besides tea being off from what it usually is.Just awful service

I took my two young children there recently and the staff was very friendly! I told them I wanted dark meat chicken because the girls only eat chicken legs and they adjusted my order to half chicken legs half thighs! We were so happy with our visit we decided this was our chicken place from now on! (also their corn nuggets are awesome!)
