Honestly, I think all KFCs have gone downhill since the early 90s, but this particular KFC seems to employ some of the dumbest individuals out there... individuals whom you can barely understand over the intercom, and who routinely get orders wrong. The extra crispy version of their chicken doesnt taste as crispy as it used to. Either that, or these idiots screw up more orders than I thought by giving me original recipe instead. About the only positive thing about KFC anymore is their mashed potatoes. I could live in a tub of that stuff and happily -- and literally -- eat myself out of house and home.

I had horrible service here. I waited five minutes at the counter before I was even recognized as a customer and I was the only customer present insude. The registers went down halfway through my order, and I couldnt use my card. Thankfully, I had cash. Five minutes later, and three employees, the register could take cash only. They tried to short me on two food items, and were indignant about filling the order completely. At no point did anyone apologize for the inconvenience. I will not be eating here again, ever.

Okay, look, I know -- _I know_ -- I shouldnt be lauding the praises of KFC, but when you want greasy fried chicken, you want greasy fried chicken. And to be honest, this is probably the fastest KFC Ive ever been to. Most of them eat up my lunch break, and Im stuck with greasy chicken fingers at my desk, with everyone around me asking why I had to bring that back to the office when theyre on a diet. All in all, sure, the place isnt great, but at least its fast.

Good food, good service, and great prices. There was a person who was in front of me who didnt got his food 0.01 seconds late, and he threatened to rip the managers hair off and blend it with raspberry cocktail juice. 0.02 seconds late is pretty angering, but come on, 0.01 is fine!! Besides the angry politically correct 25 year old redneck chick , the place was great.

Ill say, I thought the food was good until i found to whats in it?!? Ive looked and apparently the Kernel says that the chicken has changed so much from the original recipe that now, apparently, he thinks his restaurant had the worst chicken hes tasted. Also, jake Paul also ruined this chain. I dont want KFC or OFC anytime soon.Its ok i guess /:

Hmm what can I say they will mess up your order, not give you items you paid extra for and then "forget" to give you a receipt so you dont have anything to prove your case. Plan enough time for a couple of trips to get your order right if you forget to check before you leave. Or just skip it all together and do yourself a favor.

I ordered a sandwich which is no longer on the menu. They should update the menu board. I ate inside with my finance and while amusing, an employee in the back was singing very loudly along with the music. At one point, the manager and employee were singing loudly. The food was fine but I wont be back to this one.

Terrible. This location should be shut down for health code violations. Ordered an 8 piece with half original and half extra crispy and the chicken was so old that you couldnt even tell the difference it all looked the same. Looked like it was at least a day old chicken and this was a 7pm at night.

Arrived to the location at 9:55, establishment opens at 10:00am. 10:05am comes and still have not been greeted at drive through. Call store only to find out that they might not be open until 11 because they are running behind. So obviously your opening time is open to interpretation.

Not sure what you expect from a KFC review. This place is pretty much what you expect from a fast food place. The chicken and biscuits are my favorite of course. Make sure you ask for "fresh" food...otherwise youll end up with the french fries that were cooked hours ago.

What can I say? Its fast food without good service. Incorrect change given, waited 20 minutes to get correct change and ten I waited. Need to train your cashiers properly. Not just train for an hour then sink or swim. Not going back. Churchs Chicken from now on.

Thank to the manager Dominique, I had a Dr appt experience. Order was missing a whole meal, he told my husband tge meal was in there. We have eyes! We can see, thank you. Never coming here again, he wouldnt golden give my my receipt back. AWESOME MANAGEMENT!

I havent been here in years. Wont be back. Maybe my tastes have changed, but this just isnt good food. I dont expect it to be healthy, but it should taste good. The chicken was barely average. The sides were lower quality than a school cafeteria.

Good when you are craving kfc. Because sometimes you just do. After dinner rush, parts of the menu are always unavailable and becomes lets make a deal with actual bartering at the window. Pretty non standard but ok when in need

This is the worst terrible KFC I have ever tired. I cannot believe after I paid they let me wait for half an hour for the food, the funny thing is in the end the woman forgot me and my order, Totally drove me crazy!

I would give them a zero, but I cant. Sign on the door says lobby open until 10pm, but they were closed at 8:30pm. I quess they dont like their customers.
