Hands down the worst experience Ive had eating out. Walked in about an hour before close, the guy behind the counter gives us a deathstare and doesnt say a word. I assume he is there to take our order so we tell him what we want. After 35 minutes of listening to the employees laugh and screw around we realize our food is bagged up by the register. As we pick it up and start towards the door two employees come out from the back and one yells "hope you like how dat tastes" then turns to the other employee and they both start laughing. I asked him what that is supposed to mean and he says "oh nothin". Obviously they did something to the food (putting harmful objects in someones food is a felony) so I sat the bag back on the table and told them I needed a refund, they refused. Eventually I cut my losses and we left. The other popeyes locations are great, but I will NEVER go back to this place.

Worst place ever. Rude employees!!!! They messed up our order and we took it back we had not eaten nothing out of it. We waited and waited and waited for our new order which we had to ask for again after 10 mind because they said there www as pieces missing didnt even give us our biscuit back. On top of that they were rude and threw away our first plate right in the trash and with all this world wide hunger.... really ?!?!?! Never again will I come back.... what a horrible surprise and it being my first time ever trying it. Oh and they were giving free food to their friends.

Food is good but drive through service is horrible most of the time. I will drive out of my way to get food from popeyes other location off of west street..even though this location is much closer. The drive through people are generally rude at this location. There is no doubt that has affected theyre overhead. The owner would be wise to have a Incognito person from their corporate office to go through this location to understand what the majority of customers experience in the evening when they attempt to place orders at this location.

I asked for 8 piece dinner, side order potatoes with gravy. I had to reorder because they said. I would have to wait 15 min. Then I asked was it because I wanted 2 spicy pieces and the rest regular chicken she said yes. So I said thats ok just give me the regular. When I got to the window she told me 18.00 when she reached me my change she dropped it. Once I got home I realized it was all spicy I only wanted 2 pieces No napkins ,no honey plus wrong order. So sad.

I ordered from this place for the first, and last, time today. After waiting almost 10 minutes for my order a cook in a messy apron came out with an attitude and asked me "what are you waiting on?" I said "my order." She gave me a sassy look and said "well I figured that, what was your oder." I was furious. After waiting for that whole time they didnt even know what I ordered. Terrible employees and poor quality customer service.

I always get good service with a smile with a greeting and good food serve quickly fresh hot food I go on Broadway and thats the best Popeyes I know and theyre friendly and kind and they can answer your questions so I always have a good experience at Popeyes

This Popeye has always given such loyal customer service and always have given me fresh and hot chicken the old Popeye that was under the old management is not like it is now I am very pleased that they have made a dramatic change
