The employees are nice but 90% of the time will leave things out of the order, usually biscuits. Also the last two times I visited instead of getting spicy I was given mild and the chicken was either old (like previous day old) and refried because the crust was fresh but first layer of chicken was dry and hard or they are not battering it properly and letting hot oil get inside the chicken while cooking. The dark meat also has the smell/taste of cheap dog food. The cook needs to go and they need a new chicken supplier.

Two trips two weeks in a row. Both times food has been left out of the order. I can understand getting it wrong, mistakes happen but to completely leave part of the order out two times in a row is not acceptable. According to the manager, there is nothing that can be done about it. I wont be back. Not only is not receiving my total order not acceptable, the food is sub-standard. I give one star only because there is not a negative number to give.

Ok, so i order chicken, 3 orders all white which is $2.00 extra per order, 3 fries, extra order of mac & cheese. I got 3 orders mixed chicken, 1 fries, 1 mac & cheese, 1 red bean& rice, and a cajun rice. My ticket was $31 & virtually nothing was right. Of course i am home 10 miles away when i discover this. I call back & it is basically El Tougho Shito unless i drive back to town. So i threw away 2/3 of the chicken and ate the rest. What a deal!!

I like the taste of Popeyes but the only problem is they can never pack the orders right!! This is my 2nd time this week I go and order the surf & turf but only get shrimp with my side and biscuit NO CHICKEN STRIPS!! I should of checked my order!! And I tried calling to inform them but the phone just rings and rings. Im sure its not busy because its nearly closing time on a Thursday! **CHECK YOUR ORDERS PPL!!!

Not only did they not give me my full order when I came back to get it and ask if they can redo the order I was given attitude. What happen to customer service? Especially when you had 2 tables with food already and only my order? Suggest other place to eat.

Always great food & friendly service. The dining area is usually pretty clean but could use a little more attention. Theyve always gotten my order right and Ive never had any major issues other than the ice maker not working one time.

The food is amazing but I ordered a combo and THEY FORGOT THE BISCUIT and I was already home. Im was very dissapointed and depressed over that one biscuit.
