If I could give this place zero stars I would. My wife and I went there to eat and we ordered hot and sour soup, and it was terrible. It was very sweet which is uncommon for hot and sour soup. We also ordered pepper steak and an eggroll. The pepper steak was very chewy and very hard to eat. When we brought it up to the waiters attention, She said she would let the manager know. The manager got the owner involved and the owner proceeded to say he had been in business for 27 years and never had a complaint. Yes we all know is false if you look at the reviews on Facebook and the reviews on Google. He then went to say they will give us 10% off since we already ordered the food and took one bite of our food. After we turn down his negotiation he then said he would give us 15% off our meal again because we ordered the food and we took one bite. After a long discussion the Manager decided to say he would end up calling the authorities if you have to. I then said maybe theyll be a good idea. He went to the owner and said who wants to call the authorities. The owner screamed and said just get them out of here. The ending result we didnt have to pay for our food, were no longer welcome to the store, and we basically got kicked out of IMPERIAL GARDEN. Never eat here guys this place is terrible.

I really hate to leave this place a bad review because Ive been coming to Imperial Garden for more than 15 years. But I cant in good conscience keep this to myself On Oct 9th we dined at Imperial Garden. While eating our dinner we had two roaches crawl across the wall and on our table. We dismissed it as an anomaly because we have been coming here for years and never saw one before. Then my nephew found a roach in his food. This was the last straw. I took the plate to the waitress who showed it to the older woman who probably owns the place. We had already paid and they tried to offer a 25% discount if we returned. We turned them down. They gave us $10 and said they couldnt refund our money because the credit card system wouldnt allow it. I dont know how the system works but I highly doubt that to be the case. As I said, we loved Imperial, but we will NOT be coming back to this place. Im going to miss their food but Ill be going elsewhere for my Chinese food

Went here for the first time today. I had the Triple Crown with steamed rice, a cup of egg drop soup, and an egg roll. I thought the soup and the egg roll were pretty darn good. The entrée was a huge portion, and not too bad itself. The waiter was very courteous and prompt, though he seemed a bit inexperienced, but that didnt bother me at all. Egg rolls were forgotten with the meal, but brought VERY quickly after a reminder. He also brought me the wrong soda after a 2nd. I told him it was fine and Ill drink the Dr. Pepper - and I intended to, usually prefer that to Coca-Cola anyways, and he said ok. Then he surprised me bringing me another asking if I was, "still interested in a Coke". A for effort and Id be happy if he served me next time - but thought it was worth mentioning. Seemed like a massive amount of good tasting food for the money; Ill probable eat it again.

I wasnt expecting much, and was still disappointed! First of all I went to pick up a carry-out order and I asked for a drink to take, and the guy told me they didnt have to go cups, which was fine. Then they forgot my soup (and they are completely dead, so it shouldnt have been hard to forget) so I then go back to get my soup and guess what!? They come in to go cups! Awesome! Thank you for your wonderful customer service Imperial Garden! It was my first time there and will be my last, and the food sucked by the way! P.S. This may not be a surprise, but Im about 99.9% sure half of the reviews on here are fake to make it seem better, or it was a lot better five years ago! Dont make the same mistake as me!

I dont like to write reviews and try to sway people either way, but I have to here. The decor was dated, the waiter was in old, raggedy t-shirt which both I can live with. My main problem was the food, It arrived at our table about 5 mins after ordering and if I was at a fast food restaurant that would be ok. The flavor tasted like canned food or frozen meals. Then while eating I noticed the oriental lady which I think must be the owner putting down what appeared to be roach traps (the sticky sheets) on the floor between the kitchen and the dinning area. I was so disgusted I could not eat another bit.I will never ever eat there again. My advise to you readers is dont eat there!!!

Well......im not a picky person much less a picky eater but this place sucked......first of all its over all appearance was cheap we should have took that as a sign, second the service was terrible. I had to ask the lady for drinks where she replied "oh....what you want?" There was little food choices in the buffet and to make our night even worse my girlfriend found a freakin hair in her food!!......dont go there!!

Staff relatively attentive, but the food is pretty generic. While the food came out hot, i wonder the state of the kitchen. The dining area looks like it hasnt been cleaned in years. If you are a hungry college kid wanting to get the most food for the price, the portions are huge here. 2-3 meals easy. All in all, it was a unmemorable experience. Just another chinese food place.

The food was okay. Nothing spectacular. My low rating is due to hard rock music playing. If you go to an Asian restaurant hearing soft music can be titillating. Hard rock? Nirvana? Pleeease. There is a time for everything and I wont be back with hard rock playing along with occasional commercials. I noticed all the staff were 20 something. Not good for a dining place.

The Orange beef is amazing sometimes I dream about it. If you order a whole order of fried rice they will make it any way youd like, which is good for me because I dont eat eggs. Staff are efficient , and super friendly. Fried wonton chips are terribly tasty when dipped in sweet and sour sauce. Affordable, Casual, laid back, silly music mix, cool inside bring a sweater.

This is my first time here. Emily was great. I stupidly couldnt see the shrimp in my food. I told her about it and she didnt even argue. She just brought out some extra no charge! Very courteous and the food was great. Very affordable as well. I strongy advice this place. Ask for Emily. She has the cool hair (;

The food has been inconsistent lately. Portion sizes are getting smaller and smaller. I disliked having to pass the smoking cashier outside who rushed in to wait on me smelling like smoke. Food should be the same almost every time but I guess it depends on whos cooking.
