So, Ive visited this place twice. Once on my lunch break a few weeks ago and once with a group if friends. Regarding my first experience - I was greeted by a young man and he told me i could sit anywhere (typical with most Asian restaurants you do this, someone will bring me a menu and you order. So Im always ok with this) so I did but then I got the lady waitress...well my first impression, was that she was really rude. No hello, how are you? Or welcome, just a what can I get you. Before this, i had been sitting there with the menu for about 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. I went around 1 oclock, the place wasnt even busy. There were a few tables and Im just one person so was I being ignored because you didnt think I would tip well? Idk. I ordered a water, egg rolls, and vermicelli with grilled pork and egg roll and an ice coffee to go at the end of my meal. She took the menu and I thought she was going to at least bring me my water but she didnt. I saw her pass by to bring checks to the other table and she started cleaning right in front of me and after 10 minutes I had enough. I stopped her and asked her if I could please have my water. And she was like oh Im sorry I forgot. Really? You see me sitting her with no beverage. Oh and she is terrible with refilling your drinks. I got my food, which I scarfed down because it took me a while to even get her to take my order but at least it was good. I asked for a box because I thought I wouldnt finish or but did anyways. My coffee came out with my food which wasnt my intention but oh well. I paid and I left. My second visit - my boyfriend pick this place because he thought I never been and it was close you where we were going. I already had a bad impression because of the lady waitress and I was thinking that maybe if we got the guy this time, it wouldnt be so bad. I was wrong, we got the lady. Same type of service as before, rude, forgot refills, she put all our checks on one and didnt even ask if we wanted it split. She also didnt ask if we wanted anything else like dessert or tapioca which i did. Anybody who is a server knows you want to keep upselling for a larger ticket because its more business and more tips but she didnt seem you care. I was jealous of the other tables because they got the guy. He was super friendly, talked to the tables, asked how everything was but we got her. She rarely came to the table. Just fyi, I got the rare beef pho with beef meatballs size large and my impression on it was ok. The beef came overcooked, there was no rare to it and if you are liked me, you want it a little rare so it cooks in the broth at your table so its soft not hard. The broth was dark but every body makes theirs different so I tasted it before putting anything in it and it wasnt that tasty. I could tell they use lemon grass in it which was kind of odd but I went with it. I added siracha and hoisin sauce but it seemed nothing I was doing was making it better. The condiments were dirty, like around the outside where you have to hold it and the holder they were in was gross and rusted but it was just something I noticed. Their chinese menu was great and the decor is beautiful. My friend was let down that there was no sushi even though the sign says sushi bar outside. They enjoyed there tapioca though. Would I eat here again? Maybe if I directly asked for the guy server sure, but if I get the lady, I WILL ask for the other person or just do take out. Im sorry, but how you treat people should count not just the food. If you go, get the guy waiter, hell make the experience worth it. You can tell when someone knows the food and appreciates the business.

Ms Sun, the manager, was very rude, unprofessional, and argumentative!! Had lunch on Apr 2, 2017 with my family. Repeated my order (C28-shrimp rice plate) 3X and she returned with C-24 which was chicken. She clearly made a mistake, even my nine year old and the rest of my party remembered my order as C-28. Instead of owning her mistake Ms Sun was trying to say it was mine. She clearly wrote C-24 on her note pad. She also made a statement saying that now she has to pay for the wrong order, making me quilty! To make matters worst, she came back and asked me again what I want after I told her that it was still C-28. I was very insulted by this. Her demeanor are rude and condescending. Dont get me wrong! The food is excellent but if have to put up with servers like Ms Sun, Ill take my business somewhere else. Im all for supporting the restaurants in my community but I dont have to put up with servers like Ms Sun. She really needs to have some customer service training. Mr Ken thank for speaking to me and thank for offering a free lunch but I have to turn it down. Im not into free lunch because you run a business. All I want is an atmosphere that is friendly and relaxing to my family without being insulted by waitress/manager like Ms Sun.

The restaurant was beautiful, although the decor does not speak for the food, we have been to other pho destinations that really set high standard in regards to flavor, and price. When we got the pho we immediately noticed no flavor coming from the broth. My wifes fried rice was overcooked to the point where you can see the burnt scrapes mixed in that came from the wok. And finally a bit disappointed that they market on the cover menu and website "sushi bar" yet when we asked the waitress where was the section for sushi, we were told there was no sushi anymore. For the price and decor we expected a more, but we were completely let down.

This was the first time ive eaten at this restaurant and i was extremely disappointed in the cleanliness here. The food was mediocre, most of everything i tried was bland. I had the beef pho, my son had the grilled chicken they were both lacking flavor. My wife had the chow mein, it was the only thing that had flavor. When we first sat down there was a dead bug directly behind our booth, my menu was sticky, the walls and floors were dirty. Being in a upscale side of town i would think they would hold there restaurant to a higher standard. We will never return to this place.

Brought the family here and we loved it. My wife loves how many gluten free options there are. Our first visit led to our second visit in less than a week. There are so many great looking choices on the menu that we are looking forward to our next time to try something new. So far weve had the Singapore noodles, the pad Thai, pho with brisket and the chicken and shrimp noodle bowl. Oh and the Vietnamese egg rolls. All were excellent and very flavorful! The atmosphere is nice and the staff was friendly. Will be going back soon with friends.
