I am so disappointed on todays food order. As I ordered thru the drive thru giving the cashier of my family 6 pc fish with fries and cole slaw order and was asked to verify my order. I advise her it was correct and was advise total will be $19.43. Notice three cars ahead of me and about two cars behind me, knew will take a while. As I came to the cashier window, cashier asked me, " You ordered the fish sandwich, correct?" I advise, No I ordered the family 6pc fish w/ fries and cole slaw. She then yelled at some one inside stating thatn" THIS LADY JUST DROVE UP WITHOUT ORDERING". Told her excuse me, I did order thru drive thru and was advise of the charge of $19.43. She close the window then advise me will take my order and will be right out. She took my money and advise to park in the front. I waited 15 mins, got down, walk inside to advise still waiting for my order. Gave the order again and finally got my order. So disappointed!!!!

The food is usually good at this place but today my taco had so much sauce and the tortilla was broken. There is no point in getting tacos if im going to end up eating it with a fork. This place always messes up my order. I always have to double check my orders. Most of the time I let it slide, but today they completely messed up. I was not given a receipt. I had only one meal. I ordered the shrimp tacos meal with fries and a tea. At the window I added a macaroni. After paying, I pulled up and waited for my order. When I received my order, I opened the bag and there were tacos and charro beans. I had to pull up again and let them know what I was missing. When I get home, I open my tacos and they were fish tacos not the shrimp that I had ordered. This place should really double check what orders they are handing out.

I ate here for the first time today. The food was amazing, atmosphere was very welcoming, restrooms were clean, and the customer service and Management were exceptional. I ordered the 8pc Fried Shrimp Plate and was not disappointed at all. It wasnt heavily battered or over cooked; it was perfect. The fries, cole slaw and toast complimented each other well. Im not a big fan of Hush Puppies, but it was devoured either way. Lastly...the Chocolate Chip Cookie definitely slayed me. It felt like John Snow took back the North. It was like Ash Ketchum being resurrected from the tears of Pokemon. It was the forthcoming of Lady Gagas newest Single! The Walking Dead Season finale. If you are contemplating your existence then I recommend that You. Get. This. Cookie!

Seafood choices AND cream corn, yess! A co-company of Bill Millers, Laguna Madrid is its version of a seafood restaurant. They have great seafood options fried or grilled. Im particularly impressed with their sides like gumbo, Bill Millers famous green beans, and cream corn (not as great as Rudys, but still delicious). They have platters you can choose from with seafood combos. For non-seafood eaters or youre just not feeling the ocean creatures today, there is a small menu with burgers and such that serve non-seafood items. I do love to eat here!

Worst customer service and even worse food. My orders are always wrong from this restaurant and I usually let that slide but tonight was the last time I will visit this place. Order through the drive thru and I am told to "please move to a parking space" to wait for my order. Then I am completely forgotten. On top of that my order was wrong and I was given 2 WHOLE cookies for my troubles. I wasnt forgotten by the staff, but by the manager himself. The sides are cold and the fish is soggy. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

I had lunch at Laguna Madre #3 today,Im giving it 1 star for food and deduct the remainder for customer service. as I walked into the restaurant each of the two counter persons were finger brushing and combing their long hair which was only contained by a Santa hats on top of their heads. this behavior continued each time there were no customers to keep them busy ,the term of my visit at Laguna Madre was about 20 minutes . these employees should be trained in food service sanitation. I will not visit again .

Horrific! Do Not Like being served raw salmon! Since I ate the rice and green beans first the manager refused to provide a refund. I had to risk my health and let them attempt to cook something else. No Thanks!!!! Will be notifying the San Antonio Health Department on Monday Morning. THIS PLACE IS A HEALTH RISK SHUT IT DOWN!!!!!!! I have had problems with Bill Millers in the past and they didnt even acknowledge my e-mail...

Food was good, but the cashier was not very customer service oriented. they dont offer a military discounts, wont be going back. Asked for a small plate so my daughter could add ketchup because she has OCD and the manager was asking 1001 questions. Hopefully he doesnt have children who have to go through daily struggles of the simplest things. Oh yeah, just puppies were overcooked. Will stick to Sea Island

Food was okay, I ordered the Cod and shrimp plate. Serving was good for the price but the shrimp tasted gamey and the Cod was not Cod, well not the fresh Alaskan Cod I have ever eaten and have come to enjoy. It was a knock off of Cod, probably from Asia somewhere. Been planning on coming here for a while but they wont have to worry about the future. I will not be planning a return.

Rude manager who did not want to replace my cold old steal food he laughed and made every excuse he cold on why his food can not possibly be cold. Whatever stop lying, Manager U know the food you served my husband and I on Fathers Day was old. Manager so immature laughing Sarcastic an nonchalant. Grow up take ownership and own that!!!! Weve had a little of everything here and its all good. Very casual, order at the front and pick up when your number is called kind of place but the food is much better than a fast food joint. Seafood both fried and grilled is good. Funny thing is they have a really good chicken friend steak here. I know, its weird but trust us.

We usually enjoy going here to eat, however the last two times we have been here the fried fish and shrimp had been sitting and was cold and dried out. Please dont make food in advance and let it sit. I will gladly wait for my order of fresh hot food.

The food always seems to be fresh, hot, and good. So far no complaints. It would be better if they offered ketchup at the window if youre ordering a meal that includes fries, or extra tartar sauce as they are a seafood place.

Good seafood for fast food, kinda bothered they dont offer the brownie dessert, good rice pilaf and hush puppies. The fish and shrimp combo for lunch isnt a bad deal our the fish/shrimp tacos. Also why no tea included combo?
