Food was poor, considering its right on a dock and the boats are selling the good stuff. Everything was fried. Wouldnt serve oysters on the half shell so you got these chewy little niblets that taste like rubber for a buck a pop. What didnt come out of the frier came out of a can or was frozen. Powdered mashed potatoes? Wasnt cheap either, lunch for two and a couple beers was $50. Louisiana has some of the best food in the US, was looking for something "authentic". Not here. Needs Gordon Ramsay to go in there and rip it up.

This was a treat for me and an eye opener for my copilot. The locals we met at Galiano airport went above and beyond helping us out and of all things buying us dinner here. The soft shell crab platter. , Fondue, and grilled shrimp in Leesville sauce totally ROCKED!! Id come back here in an instant for dinner as well as the traditional Cajun atmosphere and hospitality that is unmatched. The entire area is beautifully rustic. Dallas has nothing like this. Love you Cajun folks!

Johnny be good. Johnny be wise. Johnny eat it all and it go to his thighs! This is the only diner in the area so its gotta be good. Had the tuna steak, rare. Veggies were just as good. Ive had better, but Ive had a lot worse too. Hush puppies were a little expensive and small, but still pretty good. And the waitress was as sweet as the sweet tea. Couple of friends had "the brownie"...oh man, I wish I had room. Yes, you should get it.

Small, but delicious. Shared the shrimp platter, fried mushrooms, & stuffed mushrooms with my boyfriend & absolutely loved it all. The shrimp etouffé was the absolute best. The side salad was a waste of money though; it was literally only lettuce & one tomato wedge, no croutons or anything else. Save the salad, everything was wonderful, including the service!

Once you get this far out towards the gulf there isnt much for choices. Leeville Seafood is actually pretty good though for what it is. Everything is fried, just how it is down here, so you need to understand that. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The menu covers the bases over and above seafood. The setup is basic, paper tablecloth kind of place.

The food was decent but the price was too high. It amazes me that there is so much shrimp and seafood local youd think itd be cheaper! I live in Florida and weve got a local spot that catches fresh seafood daily with cheap prices! I felt like we were mainly paying for convenience.

After a long hot day of fishing, we had a fantastic dinner at Leeville Seafood Restaurant. Our server, Brooke, was the BEST!!! Our food was perfect, from the hamburger steak smothered with onions to the Seafood Platter and Shrimp Poboy! We will definitely be back. Love love love!

I liked our server, she was honest about her opinions of menu items if asked. The fried food had tasty breading. The fish was good as well which youd expect in what seems like a fishing town, but nothing really spectacular. Worth a stop in if you are passing through though.

Prices are high, but the food and service are pretty good considering it is in the middle of nowhere... Cant imagine you are gonna find anything better within 20 minutes.
