EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF! I kept trying to get an employee attention that was next to me repeating "excuse me sir" over and over. He totally ignored me until I said it alot louder. He finally turned around and as I was about to ask him a question he turned around and walked off. When I turned around to look for another employee, their was two standing there LAUGHING as if an employee treating a customer this way was acceptable more so comedy. I left. All I wanted to know was if there was someone working the grill so they could cook my fresh lomein. I drove completely across town to Chopsticks where I was treated very kindly and service was excellent! As much as I have frequent this place and my children love it, I will not be returning. I simply cannot spend my money somewhere who treats people so poorly. I dont know about everyone else but CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HUGE TO ME!! I will gladly drive across town to spend my money with people who appreciate my business. I will be telling my church family and friends who are on the same street to not spend their money with you either!!! And I know and have relationships with ALL the churches down your street!! Let this be a lesson to you that you need to treat ALL customers with respect. You never know who is coming through your doors.

What To Order: Buffet Ive eaten at Hibachi Buffet 4 times now. Everytime the service has been good. Empty plates dissappear from the table as soon as I stand up, drinks never go empty. The buffet is always full of items, I never see anything empty out other than single items on the sushi bar. The selection of items offered is pretty good, and spans the common Americanized Chinese to a few less common items like the baked egg custard deserts. The food has good flavor, some items a little more bland than others, but I always find a few items on the buffet I go back for more of. Overall while this is not the best buffet in town, it is the only buffet on the east side. It has good selection, good service, & fair prices. So Im going with 4 out of 5 stars. If your in the area, give this place a try.

Food selections were cold. Sushi had a tangy taste. Kabobs were chewy and over seasoned with salt and/or soy sauce. We had a few bites each from our plates and decided it was time to go. After listing our concerns with the manager he still had the audacity to ask me to pay the complete check, only agreeing to discount half the bill after us complaining even more so. We feel that even half ($10) was too much a price for the experience. The restaurant itself needs some serious upkeep. And the staffs children were running around the restaurant. Avoid this place if possible.

Food was great, nice scenery inside, price is okay, but the service for us was poor. Its 6pm, not even peak hours and the staff was rushing around just to talk to their friends. Came in and waited for about 3 minutes untill we seated ourselves. Then a waitress comes by and tells us very rudely that we were suppose to wait to be seated. After we got out food and had already ordered our drinks, a different waiter came by and basically dropped our drinks on the table. Maybe they just had a rough day but that should not affect how you do your job.

I guess you got to be the right color to receive acceptable service. Employee totally ignored me AFTER turning around acknowledging that I was trying to get his attention. He just turns back around and walks off. Extremely RUDE! Then the other employees wants to act dumb like they just didnt see what happened. I frequent this place often, but never again and I will be telling all my church members and the other churches down the same street NOT TO COME HERE AGAIN !! And to top it all off MOST of the food looked burnt today!!

Its always good when I go here. Its a different walk of life. Its funny when I read the reviews. People saying its horrible or people are bad because its not cooked the way they want it to be or because people dont look or act they way they want them too. This is a good place. This a buffee. If you want every meal cook special for you than you need a sit and order kind of place. If you want an at home serve yourself feel, this is so it. Thanks for the awesome serves always.

I grabbed the first plate and and thought to myself, hey this isnt too shabby for a buffet. Then I grabbed the second plate and it all went downhill. Most of the foods tasted the same to me. I didnt touch any of the exotic foods or sushi. The ice cream was self served, so if you want some just hope that the person before you washed their hands. I probably wont come back.

Horrible. The shrimp is dirty. The chicken and beef is dry and nasty. Wasnt happy with the place and no one could resolve it because they didnt know English. Finally after 20 min the owner came out, never spoke a word to me and still made me pay 50% of food I never ate. I left and went to taco cabana across from it. Finally eating a decent meal.

So I found a hair wrapped around my shrimp, and when I told the owner he just picked the shrimp off my plate and told me it was from another customer. When I told him I didnt want to eat he told me he would take 5 dollars off my meal. Lol. They are very nasty and nobody speaks English so when you complain they wont understand you, or care.

This is the worst experience Ive ever went through of of going to a buffet this Buffet should be closed down there food is nasty what then 15 minutes of eating their food and drink in their beverages it just makes you sick to your stomach please if you want to keep yourself healthy dont go to this Buffet I think they trying to kill people

This place is nasty. After discovery that your two basic buffet choices here are either greasy, lousy tasting cooked food or tasteless under-ripe fruit, I left within three minutes. You know how restaurants always ask you how you meal was as you pay the bill? The manager here DID NOT. He too apparently knows how bad it is.

These illegal aliens dont switch or put fresh food out until all the food is gone then they put fresh stuff out and the sushi is a great disappointment only two kinds of sushi and they are God awful the only thing I like is the white rice because his flavor less and plain...

I would of given this place 3-4 stars but they didnt put out any fresh food even after I told them it was cold and hard from being under the warmers. We waited awhile but they never put anything else out. Had the food been warmer I think it would of been easily four stars.

I dont know why but this is the buffet my family likes to go to, I like it somewhat. I wish they made a better egg drop soup and more of a variety of food and sushi, mmmmmm sushi.....anyways my taste is for pork dumplings, egg drop soup and anything with pork or beef
