So Im a 20 year old college student and been in SA for 3 years now and only last month realized I hadnt had a Chinese buffet here in town, googled for one and this place came up and I went for the first time with my mother and my girlfriend to have a late lunch and I have to say from the moment I walked in my eyes lit up. The Chinese buffet back home had to be half this size for the same price. There are so many options, the food is literally steaming hot and fresh, great selection, and Ive never been to a buffet with so much sushi to choose from and they even have Nigiri!! Im crazy about seafood and this place is definitely where I get my fix now. Their crawfish is seriously to die for and all the shrimp options are perfect. The price for a dinner isnt bad unless youre cheap and considering I personally have about 4-5 plates of good quality Chinese/seafood before getting full, Ill have to say its worth every penny and more. If youre the type of person to go to a buffet and have one plate I do not recommend. Both times that Ive been, Ive noticed the same manager hosting people to their tables. Hes very tentative and personable and so are the waiters, great about taking empty plates out before you can come back with your new one and always refilling drinks when needed and never a moment later. The Mongolian grill has great options as far as the proteins, veggies, and poultry, but a little more variety on the sauces you can have them cooked in wouldnt hurt. Restrooms are kept surprisingly clean which is a huge plus. I cant think of any downsides really, other than that its about 25 minutes from my place but its great for a weekend fix. Definitely good for making up on all the meals I missed during the week studying for exams and working. Youll definitely catch me there again.

7/16/17 DO NOT EAT THERE! As my sister and I entered we were greeted immediately which I give them credit for but that doesnt justify the tiny roach we saw running around on the "CLEAN" plates that are placed NEXT to the FOOD!! I immediately told my sister to leave the place. She suggested that we didnt make a scene and left and told them we were going to chose somewhere else to eat. Knowing me, I didnt want to keep this between the buffet and us so I decided to leave a review for future customers to see and especially for the facility to see so they can inspect their building because if there are tiny roaches then it must be infested. That was very disgusting to see... very upsetting. I hope they close it down to get rid of them and maybe reopen once they have gotten their santitary facility as top priority.

This is my regular joint for Chinese craving fix. The best times are between 11am-2pm, 4-6pm. Any other time slot youll experience delays with fresh entrees from the kitchen because small eating crowds mean that current entrees sit uneaten under heat lamps longer. Big crowds mean entrees are being replenished almost every 10-15 minutes or less. Also, when new food is set, push the top layer to the side and serve from the fresh layer below because older food is recycled. Their crawfish is the jewel of the joint. Cooked to perfection, these succulent mildly spicy shellfish will satisfy any craving for mud puppies - and theyre served EVERYDAY!! Before eating these, I suggest squeezing a heap of fresh limes.

I wouldnt recommend going here ever again. The price is too high for what you pay for. You get a small selection of six islands to choose from aside from the big sushi and desert section. You have one island that only has a bunch of fried junk except for crab Rangoons then you have a small salad section, then a small American section and only 6 Chinese entrees to choose from. VERY SMALL!! and a section for rice and soups. I would rather go to chopsticks or just somewhere else in general. $30 for two people isnt worth what you get here. Its nothing worth talking about. But the waiter I had this time, he was very nice. They seem to have some new staff.

Definitely not a bad choice overall, however, the selection was limited, with no fish selection whatsoever. Shrimp, yes, but no fish. Sushi was good. Shrimp medley was good. Corn nuggets were dry. Rangoons were a bit over fried but good tasting. Sauté mushrooms were very good. Less than mediocre fried rice. Spring rolls were good. Lemon tarts were petty bad. Standard desserts but the peanut brittle had green leaves on it, didnt change flavor but was interesting. Not bad, but needs a few improvements to earn a fourth star.

Price would be decent if the food was worth it! We visited May 21st around 6pm. The first thing that greeted us was an employee smoking by the front door where a printed sign reads "No Smoking." 5 of us went to enjoy the buffet but found flavorless or extremely dry food. The sushi was decent, not great. The lo mein was luke warm and mostly onions. The egg drop soup had a very strange taste as well as the crispies. The desserts are flavorless and hard. Do not bother wasting your money here. Find somewhere else!

The food was ok. The bathroom was covered in graffiti and the toilet was backed up with debris around it. That was not as disturbing as the reaction of the employee who rushed in to refill the paper towels and ran out without seeming to care about the glaring overall condition of the restroom. I tried not to think of how the kitchen must be treated, and second guessed before grasping the door handle on the way out. Restaurants go out of business for reasons like this. Pretty gross.

The fruit wasnt that fresh, the jello was hard (like gummy bears) and its supposed to be soft, the "lemonade" left like they just squeezed a lemon on a lot of water because it didnt even have sugar or flavor.. The bread was really hard (the one with sugar on top) Food made me really gassy (which is bad) Other than that, they were friendly and nice.. Eh, I wouldnt recommend it.

Worst food Ive ever had, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Went to eat their with my son in law for lunch and the food was so bad we left without hardly touching any of it. They gave me a lousy 10% off my ticket. Dry, tasteless and just plain horrible. If I could give it no stars at all I would, its unbelievable how they even stay open.

The food was good, the service was good during lunch but the crab meat is for dinner only and they do not have Oysters or fresh clams so dont go here expecting a sea food buffet but they do have some sea food options. The food was warm and sushi was not dry. I give it 4 stars as I would come back in the future but I would not go out of my way.
