They get 1 star because zero and negative arent an option...there were three other tables when we arrived, a total of 5 people, that left shortly after we were seated. So we were the only 4 people in there for awhile. She took our order then had to come back because they were out of items. We had to change our choices twice. They were out of the blackberry pancakes, a new item they advertise for, no bacon, and no corn available either. My food was overcooked and I received 2 pieces of broccoli and had to request more... A side that came with the plate. Had to go back twice to get items that were supposed to come with the plates we ordered. No one got their food right... The waitress wasnt available, so I had to go into the kitchen in the back to find someone to help. By the time we left there was only one other table, so I dont know where the waitress was. I went to pay and she proceeded to tell me that they comped me for the plate that wasnt available, like they did me a big favor. I said I hope they didnt charge me for it since we didnt get it. After I left the building I checked my card and saw instead of what my receipt states they charged me an additional $20. I went back in to have it corrected and the manager said I could call in the morning to speak with the general manager to have it corrected. I absolutely do not recommend going to this IHOP, even if youre starving... I definitely wont be back either. I never write reviews, but this experience was so bad I felt compelled to warn others. Also, its Mothers day and the service was terrible as was the food.

Came in at 745pm ordered philly steak meal.Waitress came back 20 mins later that philly steak sold out. So i ordered Turkey dinner. It arrived at 820pm i called my waitress back that the dressing and turkey is cold. She sends plate back. Comes back with plate about two mins. Still same problem. I waited for daughter to finish eatting. I did not eat turkey dinner plate. Waitress doesnt come around unless she is called. And the place is empty! Cook needs to know his food temperatures!

Didnt hate it, the server was very nice and tried to help. Food advertised that I ordered wasnt available and thats fine but neither were the other bread types I asked to replace the original order. The tbone steak was ill cooked and my husband only finished a third of it, the pancakes were so rubbery I would have been ashamed to serve them. Overall I give it 1 star because the waitress did her job and was very nice.

Food was awesome. However, the wait staff left a bit to be desired. Our waiter, it seemed was either new, or severely overwhelmed. We asked several times for my add on gravy and it took about 30 minutes for him to finally bring it after the final time we asked. By that time my hash browns were cold. And, yes, we ordered the gravy when we ordered everything else. Otherwise, I HIGHLY recommend this IHOP branch!

The waitress, Destiny, is horrible. She forgot about us for a while (There wasnt too many customers to begin with). She didnt take our order for 15-20 mins, she forgot about my drink. Other ppl came in after us and were served before we were. Then again they didnt have Destiny. If I feel like getting some IHOP, Ill either go to San Antonio or just request to have any other waiter or waitress.

This place had maybe 20 people in it when we visited. We sat with ice teas for about 30 minutes. Then my husband looked around and said no one in this place has food. We left. Didnt try any food. Lady did not charge us for our tea. Thats why I would leave one star and not zero. The IHop in our town can be jam packed and you still have your food within twenty minutes.

Were only three other customers there took 30 min get order guess they waiting on eggs hatch make our omletts hash browns under cooked and had hair in them plus forgot I order avacodo didnt get it had tell her again brought it to me half it had black spots on it and $34 after all that I wont be returning would have 0 star but cant

The waitress was okay with her service however she smelled of body odor. They under cooked my moms chicken, the bananas on my dads food were old and extremely brown, my food was good. The only reason I am not giving this a one star rating is because the manager took care of us.

The eggs were very lacy and even though they werent busy service was slow. Everytime we go we order a side of toast and it always comes out way after we get our entrée. Besides the fact that the cost was over $2 for one piece of sour dough toast.

Terrible service, waitress could have cared less about her job or customers. Food lousy, ill prepared. Very few customers, no excuse. Only I-Hop that Ive ever eaten at that disappointed me. Typical for Pleasanton.

They are pretty much open when no other restaurants nearby arent. The service was ok and the food was ok. A pretty good option for breakfast or quick lunch.
