HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!!! Ordered our food over an hour and a half in advance, told the lady that we are in a training class and that our lunch is at 12 and we only have 30 minutes. She promised while I was placing my $136 delivery order that they will get here on time or very close to it. Cut to 12:50, lunch is over, half of my class had taken their money back so they could have a cold vending machine lunch and the little delivery man shows up. I told him I only had half the money as the rest was given back, a class of people was still starving and he refused to work with us, call his manager, and chose to grab our food, run to his car, throw it in the back seat and drive off like a child. When we called the restaurant and begged them to send him back, they said sorry about 20 times, said it Friday another 20 times and hung up. horrible. Really wish I could give it 0 stars. Will NEVER eat or order from here again.

Good food, but what is it about chinese resteraunts and horrible customer service?!? I had ordered food one night, but it was very old and dry. I called the store, not to get anything free, but to provide valuable feedback from a regular customer. The lady who answered was polite, and offered me a $2 discount on my next order. Again, I wasnt looking for that, and lets be real... $2? But I was happy with the resolution. When I called back, the owner answered and told me something to the effect of "no, our food always fresh, never old." I informed him that his employee offered me a discount, and I already paid once for a meal I barely ate. In essence, he called me a liar, and refused to honor the $2 discount his employee offered. It is unfortunate because I lost a good reateraunt that doesnt realize it is their customers that pay their wages. Principle only.

Good food, fun staff. Our waitress joked around with us in a funny snarky way that we loved. She wasnt mean at any point, she was just in on our humor. They asked us if we wanted crab meat rangoon or a chicken wing, which was confusing. I think we were all expecting the 2nd option to be egg roll. The portions are big for the price and the staff is accommodating. We had some friends come unexpectedly and needed a bigger table, so our waitress helped us move. My only complaint would probably be the super sticky floor. That freaked me out a little. It did that thing where you could not only feel but hear your shoes comes up with like a "shwik" sound. Overall though, our party of 8 was really happy wand well-fed.

wish i could give it 0 stars. i placed a order for delivery & spent $32. i ordered the sesame chicken & my boyfriend had the sweet & sour chicken.. we received our food and the meat was disgusting, so squishy like not cooked. it didnt even feel like meat. the rice was SO bland & disgusting. the meat was so not eatable that i spit it out after eating 2 & could not finish the meal. i ate cereal for dinner instead smh. DISGUSTING food. DO NOT DO ANY KING OF BUSDINESS SO MANY BETTER CHINESE PLACES. when i called to complained i was called a liar & spoke to someone that refused to give the phone to a manager. so i spent $32 on food my boyfriend & i couldnt even finish because of how NASTY is was. save your money!

Good Chinese food!! Since leaving California a little over 2years ago, I have been craving for authentic Chinese food (not American Chinese food). This place definitely satisfied my craving. A large variety on their menu, and good accompaniment for their combination meals (e.g., fried chicken wings, instead of crab Rangoon, since Im deathly allergic to shellfish). The flavor is there without msg, which Im also allergic to.... While there, I noticed a lot of Asians dining there, which is always a good sign. The decor is a little dated. But what do you care, when the food is that good!

I tried to order delivery, they have a $25 minimum, which isnt a problem but when told this we were at $21 and less than 0.9 miles away. I told them we could tip the driver 4 dollars extra on top of what we normally tip...which is usually pretty compassionate given we are delivery drivers ourselves. I asked him after he said "no we dont do that here", what he suggested and instead of going for an easy upsell he says I dont know. I ask him if they have a couple of canned cokes, he said yes $1.65 each for the 12oz cans. I told him no thanks and decided to go somewhere else. Bad business practice.

I must say I was VERY DISAPPOINTED when leaving this place. The food was in large portion but it was horribly made. The rice was like sticky mush and the general tsos chicken was horrible. When I told the waitress that I didnt like it and it actually made me feel sick they said thats how they make the food. My husband also said his food was not good. We will not be visiting this place again....and would rather go the extra mile down the rd to Kings Bowl!!

Just tried them for the first time tonight. I got chicken fried rice and my boyfriend got orange chicken. The orange chicken was a bit bland but the part I didnt like is that the chicken in both dishes was fatty thigh meat. They didnt even bother to trim the fat off. I bit into a couple different pieces that were so chewy I just threw the rest away. If we ever order from them again, Ill stick to vegetable fried rice.

When you have a wife that wont eat Asian food, a picky teenage daughter, a son who will tolerate Asian food and me who will eat almost anything its hard to find a place to eat together. I found this place cause it was near work and I wanted Asian food. One taste and now we have a place were we can ALL eat happily. Just trust me cause its hard to find a great place with great prices in this town.

So me and me girlfriend go here a lot and we both agree that their food is amazing! fast service! and fairly friendly staff. We have gone and had very bad customer service which despite the great tasting food it did ruin our visit but we havent given up on them so that should say something! recommendations would be honey chicken and sesame chicken. Sweet and Sour chicken was pretty average. enjoy!

My wife always orders here when we get Chinese food. I would say its better than average she really likes it. Its always carry-out with us so I can only speak about what the inside looks like. Its the standard tables with glass on top for easy cleaning. Nothing glamorous but good food. You certainly pay for it but weve never been disappointed unlike many others in the area.

The food is good but their customer service is not the best. Im allergic to eggs and they refuse to make my fried rice without eggs. Where is the customer satisfaction? My husband gets so mad he refuses to eat here because they wont accommodate my allergies. If it wasnt for that the restaurant would have gotten 5 stars. They have good food and prices.
