We discovered Baitong a few months ago when I was craving Thai food and were happy to discover the close proximity of the location. We ordered the Blackened Noodles, Pad Thai, and Bubble Tea the first time we went and were very pleased by how good they tasted. Today, June 9th, I chose Baitong again for my birthday meal and although the first order we placed was incorrect, when I called to let the owner know, she was very willing to correct the mistake at no charge. I am very impressed with the excellent customer service and how TASTY the food is. I have decided that Baitong will be my go to location for Thai food and I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family! I am a HAPPY CUSTOMER! Go to Baitong right now!

Time: 7/20 noon; Satisfied Food: Green curry; glass noodles, both chicken, spring rolls appetizer; the stir fry chicken needed to use fresher oil Atmosphere: Expect a little bit of chaos, Chill out and take it in stride. High maintenance customers warned. This is a family owned restaurant trying to make it. Anyone in the restaurant business, Im sure they would appreciate tips on orchestrating better the rhythm of sitting, ordering, etc., so the family arent so stressed out. Overall: Will return with coworkers.

Great Thai food and interesting drinks. As a fantastic spot for a family meal the kids loved the Bubble Tea and as parents we loved the classic Thai Tea. The food was superb and the service was great. This is a small local business with a big Texas heart. They really work hard to put out their best and it shows in the food. We highly recommend Baitong for a family night out or a great stop for a quick lunch. If you stop by tell them A Better Texas sent you!

3.5 stars if possible. Good restaurant, will return. This is a very decent Thai/Asian restaurant. I had a noodle dish and my wife had the teriyaki chicken. The noodle dish was flavorful and cooked well, but was a little on the oily side. Her chicken was cooked well and had good flavor, but was a little salty. The restaurant looks clean and the service was food. We definitely plan to return as this is one of the few good restaurants near work.

I came across this little gem online when I was looking for something near work and must admit I am more than pleased with the food and service. I placed a pick up order, it was made in a timely manner, the two employees were very friendly and the food was great. We had fried calamari, pad thai, drunken noodles and bubble tea. More than pleased with it all. I will definitely make a return visit here :) thanks for the lovely dinner!

me and my girlfriend go there alot the food is very good, the pad thai they serve is great we actually like glass noodles instead of the thicker ones that come with the dish but they substitute it with no problems very excellent service the owners are very polite and nice this is now our new thai restaurant they also give point for eating there that u can redeem for appetizers

I found this restaurant and went based on Google reviews. I got there at 7pm on a Fri and there was a church group of 20 people already there. Despite that, my service was great and food was ready very quickly. They offer a military discount, which is great. My biggest complaint is that my meal was so good, I inhaled it and wished I had a larger portion!

Youll want to try to call ahead and have a backup plan. Internet says it opens at 11a on Saturdays. Signs on door say 10a. Neither time is apparently correct. Got there at 11a and the doors were locked. Sign was flipped to "Open." Waited a few minutes but no one showed or opened the door. Fortunately, there was a great Mexican restaurant next door.

The server literally dripped sweat from his forehead in the soup. The General Tao tasted like McDonald Chicken nuggets with catsup with no spice what so ever. We were a large group and hardly anyone got what they ordered and everyone had problems understanding the server. Never going here again.

To the guy who says they were closed at 11 the same thing happened to me my first time going, it was because they have stepped out to get some food ( they have to eat too). They were back around 5 minutes later and the food was great. I would recommend trying again and re-reviewing

The Panang Curry and Green Curry are amazing. My delivery orders always show up within 15 minutes. The staff is always friendly and courteous. Even by delivery, the Spring Rolls are always fresh and crispy. This is an awesome restaurant with great service.

I eat a lot of Thai food and this place had the best Panang Curry Ive had. The wait staff was awesome and we spend a while discussing Thai movies. Raspberry bubble tea was pretty tasty but Ive had better bubble tea.
