Visited today for family meal on the way home. Bought 20 Tenders with side and tenders were perfect. side was okra and they cook the best. Alot of new people inside i hadnt noticed before so i asked and a new manager is making alot of positive changes. I think they are working -- store clean. bathrooms clean. customers service suburb. if she keeps this up i may have to eat there weekly.

They never have chicken ready and if you want corn you better show up real early because they dont serve it at night and whoever heard of a chicken place closing at 9 p.m. during the summertime you always have to wait for your food and the quality is really not that good just really poor excuse for a chicken joint they should change the name from Chicken Express to we dont have that

Owner is rude and unprofessional. Tenders are raw on inside. Always understaffed and seating area is disgustingly dirty. Found a hair fried into the okra! Disgusting!
