I was disappointed this place didnt work out for me, ordered my last pizza there today. The pizza is ok, but not good enough to keep me coming back. They definitely didnt gain my trust by overcharging me twice, by adding extra tip on the receipt. The only way I caught it was because I check my cc statement every month, otherwise who knows if they would have kept doing it. The first time they added $10 to a $3 tip, I called and they gave me the money back (she didnt want to at first, wanted me to use as "credit") and the second time they added a $3 tip on a pick up. I called again and the owner convinced me to put it as a $3 credit and that she would note it on our account. Today I went to go get pizza and guess what?? No note to be found! I dont like taking my business to places I cannot trust.

I was referred to Pizza Cucina and Oya & Sahin by a couple from our church. They had eaten the pizza and really enjoyed it. My wife and I love to support local business so we thought wed give it a try. One of the the things that will cause us to become a regular at a restaurant is how fresh the food is. Pizza Cucina did not disappoint. In fact, when I asked Oya what set them apart as a restaurant, she said we use the best ingredients are our crust is made daily in the kitchen. I ordered the Bar-B-Q chicken pizza and it was the best Ive ever had. My wife ordered Pizza Margherita and loved it. Weve already been back there again and it will be a regular on our out to eat places. Plus the owner Oya and Sahin are really cool and friendly!

While searching for the menus, noticed the reviews on google and decided to add our two cents. We are regulars of Pizza Cucina since it was first opened and love the pizzas, salads. I am surprised to see negative reviews. Apparently they dont describe the place we know or there are other intentions. The owners are very sensitive about quality and cleanliness of their place and actually work in the kitchen. Honestly, we dont know any pizza restaurant at that level in Dallas or Rockwall. The taste reminds us our years spent in Europe. Our kids will continue to enjoy gourmet pizzas as long as the current owners run this place. Thanks!

Jeremy, you sound like a disgruntled ex-employee. Majority of the people are able to tell the difference between a genuine review and a review written to intentionally try to hurt a business. Not cool bro. My experience is that the food is great, especially the gourmet pizzas and their sandwiches. Owners are truly good people and fairly comp any customer that is dissatisfied with anything. Family owned gourmet pizzas at the prices of chain pizza houses. Glad you guys moved and opened up in Rockwall. Highly recommend it.

Last night was my first time ordering from Pizza Cucina. They were recommended by someone on the Nextdoor app. I ordered a medium pizza and a ham and cheese sandwich. Pizza Cucinas pizza has completely restored my faith in pizza. The major chain store pizzas have all become bland with no flavor. This pizza was amazing. I also like that you can request how done the pizza is cooked. Nothing I hate more than a soggy, flimsy pizza crust. The ham and cheese sandwich was delicious as well. I look forward to trying the wings.

Very nice people working here, good pizza and very fresh salad. Everything seemed very fresh and prepared exactly as ordered. Loved the app which had a very simplistic interface for defining pies. Loved the point and click layout. Was able to order ahead and defined a future time for pickup. Very cool, and order was ready as asked.

The owners are great, the pizza is outstanding, but my only issue is with the new young lady that was working the front area. She seemed as if you are an inconvenience to her even though you are the customer. Other than that everything else is terrific. Its my husbands favorite pizza in the dallas Metroplex.

DELICIOUS LASAGNA!!! Although I usually get and LOVE their Pizza Margherita, I had the opportunity to try their Lasagna and I have to say its the BEST that I have ever had! I also like the fact that I am ordering from a Moms and Pops business. They are friendly and appreciative!!!

After viewing the disgusting cross-contamination in the kitchen and realizing the owners are completely oblivious to it, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Overpriced and unfriendly. Stay away! (see attached picture of raw shrimp draining into the trash before preparing)

This review is for my pickup experience. The phone order taker was honest about the delivery time being close to 50 minutes so I decided to pickup my order. The Margarita pizza was one of the best Ive had. I can only guess how good it must be right out of the oven.

Have ordered many times. Always fresh, great variety of toppings. Also they make the best sandwiches. I especially love the meatball sandwich. The sauce is like homemade. Everyone is friendly and will accommodate what you want. Recommend them highly
