Everytime I stop by to grap a "Hot and Ready" pizza after picking my kids up from school, they never have pizzas ready. Its always "can you wait 5 to 7 mins?" I dont understand why they dont have any pizzas ready, especially during after school hours. I hate to call them out like this, but why do they market "hot and ready" , and its never like that. Im done with this location. 4-24-17, OMG!, I dont know why this location doesnt change the brand name from "Hot and Ready" to " Its going to be about 5 or 6 minutes". Stopped by again today and I wanted 2 pizzas. Clearly there were 2 ready to go pizzas in the clear oven. Well the young lady attending me says, its going to be about 5 mins. Very nicely, I asked, what about those in the "Hot and Ready" oven. She replied, I cant sell you those. So I asked why??? She said because those belong to another customer. So I ask myself, where are the " Hot and Ready" Pizzas?? Then man waiting on his order told her, she could sell me those pizzas and she did. I dont know why it is so difficult to have pizzas ready.

I just used the Wylie store 2 Saturdays ago and they were great. But they are a newer store. My experience was just as awesome with this store. I had to buy 10 pizzas. I called them at 12pm and told Adam Ill be there in about 30 minutes. Since they already had 5 pepperonis ready, I got those. I special ordered the others and walked in exactly 30 minutes later from when I called and all 10 were ready. I walked in, Adam printed the receipt for me to sign and then I walked out happy. No hassles! Quick, convenient and the price is right at $64 for 10 pizzas.

I always seem to have a good experience here. But then again my expectations arent all that high. I go to little caesars to get quick inexpensive pizza and that is what I always get. Most of the time they have a hot & ready available especially during peak dinner time. But whether I go in and immediately get a pizza or have to wait a mere 5 minutes the pizza always tastes good. The location seems to be clean and not chaotic.

There are never any "hot and ready" pizzas, no one ever seems to know whats going on. We ordered a pepperoni and had to wait and while we waited the cashier forgot we were there. He was about to give our pizza to someone else until I stopped him. In our 10 minute wait 2 pizzas were made and there was noting else being cooked as we left. Worse little Caesars ever. Ill drive farther for thr Wylie store its 100% better.

Ive been to many little Caesars before. This one takes the cake! All I wanted was two hot and "READY" pizzas. After twenty minutes of waiting we finally asked and they said they were almost ready to make some more. What!!! Keep in mind these were not specialty pizzas, but one pepperoni and one cheese. We told them we wanted our money back and left. Absolutely crazy!

The pizza is good when they are ready. Many times Ive had to wait just to get a pepperoni pizza. I asked for a Pizza with sausage and pepperoni once and how much it would cost and she told me $11 when I told her the 3 meat was only $8 I thought her head was going to explode from confusion. Where do you get these kids????lll

I visited this establishment on Thursday, July 14th at 10 pm. When I arrived, I had no idea it was closing time and yet the gentleman working the late shift still took my order in. Even after I asked if he was closed, he took care of us. Thank you for the great customer service and the freshly made pizza. Both were awesome!

They never have pizza ready which is the only reason to get their pizza. Ive stopped at this store 4 different times to grab quick pizza. Every time they did not have pizza ready, and these were not busy dinner times. Told the wife and kids to never ask me to stop here again. Ordering delivery is just as fast and better.

I called in an order. We went to pick it up and said i called it to a different store. They sent me to the store at Dalrock. They did not have it. It was the original store who wrote the wrong name. So i had to drive back and they would not make it good. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Should probably not have a bunch of kids running the place. Should have at least one adult present. When I walked in all employees were chasing each other around the kitchen. Food all over entry way floor.

Messed up on a simple order..waited for the replacement and they messed up on that one either..SERIOUSLY!!!?? Had to leave so took the pizza that i did not order. Oh, it came with an apology!
