I have ordered from Mr. Jims two times, and both times have been a disappointment. The first time I ordered delivery, and my pizza arrived cold and squished. The second time I ordered pick up, and they didnt even bother to keep the pizza warm while I drove up there (I arrived 25 minutes after I placed my order). When I arrived it was waiting on the counter to go cold. The restaurant was supposed to be open for another 10 minutes, yet the blonde teenage bimbo running the register refused to let me dine in even though they would be cleaning up for another hour after closing. I even told her I would wipe the table down myself, but she just shuffled nervously like a sophomore being asked out on a date by someone she doesnt like. She got a big fat zero for a tip. She also forgot my garlic sauce that I pre-paid for, and had the nerve to double check my receipt for this, as if I was lying to her. As for the garlic "dipping" sauce, the mouth of the cup is too small to fit a pizza slice into, and the liquid is too runny to pour on your pizza without making a huge mess. All in all the pizza did taste alright, even if it was cold. However I will be going to the superior Pizza Street restaurant from now on, where they actually treat you like a person and where they make sure your pizza is HOT when you pick it up.

I ordered my pizza online. Arrived at 9:50. The employees refused to allow me to eat inside. My pizza had been left on the counter, so was cold. The blonde cashier was rude, and did nothing to make me feel welcomed or make me return. I will not give my business to Mr Jims of Farmersville in the future.

I ordered a untoasted turkey submarine sandwich 9" and a medium garden salad (09/30/2016) - both were very delicious and fresh! The delivery person was very nice and took the time to read my order back to me. Very satisfied. Order number: 2446133

Ordered two pizzas at 6:42 At 8:00 I called to ask where they were and was told they were still at store and would not go out for another 20 or so minutes. So I paid 27.00 for 2 cold pizzas. Love good service

I tried to order online, next to impossible so I called in order for me to pick up. I answered more questions than on a mortgage application. Call taker very pleasant, but the process was unusual.

My last order took two hours to get here and then he forgot my drinks and I just called and they dont have a delivery driver till 3pm?!? Not to mention the people are rude while making your order.

Sorry delivery time, over one hour, so l canceled delivery and went to pick it up myself, and they gave me a pan pizza after l clearly ordered a thin crust. Nuff said.

They make the pizzas with twice as much cheese and twice as many other toppings as every other pizza place weve ever been to. Also, its a fun, hometown atmosphere.
