My boyfriend and I order from here frequently and have had nothing but great service from them. Today, I placed an order online and either my internet connection messed up or there was a glitch in their system and my order did not go through, but the payment did. Because of typical speedy service from them, after an hour, I called and asked about the order. They did not receive the order and they told me they would have the owner call me, right away. Less than 5 minutes later, I got all call with them fixing the situation and expressed that my order would be here asap!! By far best pizza delivery in Forney. Its also a plus that the DLish Pizza is amazing!!

Horrible. I ordered from Mr Jims because it was the closest pizza place in the area my kids were in. Ordered ONE pizza and it has been two hours , and several calls later . First call " we are backed up , your delivery is next " second call " we are backed up , your order has prob not even been made. " and the employee even said too me. Im not sure what you would like me to do . Horrible customer service , if your employees on hand cant do there job properly . Or if your even that short handed that your 20 deliveries deep with one driver . Close for the day. Or atleast let your customers know that it will be a several hour wait .

I like he pizza. I wanted a 2 large pizza each came with a topping each. So I wanted one of them just cheese and the other with 2 toppings. There shouldnt be an extra change. But when I spoke with the employee. He was so stuck on saying that it would be an Extra change that I was just turned off by them.

Everyone was very helpful and I loved my pizza! The delivery driver did awesome, very punctual and friendly. I love the gluten-free pizza, its the best I have ever had. My favorite dessert ever is the brownie bites and I always add ice cream!

If I could give Mr Jims a 10 star rating I would. I love MrJims. There is absolutely No other pizza like it. It is the best Ive ever had. And i have had about every pizza there is in this area. Thanks Mr Jim for the BEST pizza ever!!!!!!!
