This was a hard review for me because I love New York style pizza so much and I love pizza just in general this was the first time I ever tried this restaurant. I usually always go with the cheese whenever I try something for the first time and I have to admit the cheese had a lot of flavor and was very delicious! But the reason Im definitely not giving them 5 stars honestly I wanted to give them 3 stars but due to how good the cheese alone was Im going to settle for four stars the main issue that I have is that the integrity of the pizza was so saturated with the grease thats some of the pizza literally fell apart I put a picture of one of the slices so due to how saturated with grease the pizza was Im giving them thre stars but they earned an additional star due to the fact of how reasonable the prices are a 16 inch large cheese pizza only cost $14 so for the price and the taste of the cheese ingredient alone I am giving them four stars I would recommend this place to other individuals looking for a quick bite it wasnt busy but just know that if you just get the cheese its going to be very messy on the thin crust be prepared to eat a lot of Grease. I still think Andolini s on Cherry Street is still the best pizza Ive had in town but Im not saying this isnt good obviously Andolinis is a bit more pricey so this was a good pizza this is way better than Mazzios Dominos Papa Johns or any other chain of pizza.

First I need to admit I have never tried the food at this establishment, but because of the owners attitude I will never eat here and will dissuade all I know not to eat here.. I was staying in the area with a friend and had noticed the NYC pizza sign a few times as I drove by. I decided to try as I am a pizza connoisseur so I goggled New York pizza Tulsa. I found a listing that I assumes was this place and called and placed an order. I arrived at NYC and gave them my name for my order. They did not have my order and asked the number I called, I recited the number and the owner informed me I had the wrong place. I asked for the directions to the establishment that I placed the order ensuring them that I intended to try their pizza but he refused to give the directions to me. I assured him that I had intended to order my pizza from his establishment and I would most defiantly try his the next time as I practically live off pizza but he refused the information. Assured him that nether I nor anyone in my sphere of influence would ever patronize his establishment. I am a firm believer in small business and I try to give all my business to such establishments but the owner of this particular one is not worthy of good upstanding peoples business.

This place lost a loyal customer today. Walked in asking if they had calimari. The owner proceeded to stare at me for too long, then corrected me on how I said calamari and said no, they do not. They wouldnt have lost me because of today but the time before this I went in there, I felt cheated to buy more garlic knots than I needed. I was ordering for myself, the owner knew this. He asked me if I wanted the full order of garlic knots. I said yes assuming he would have offered me what was appropriate for a single person order. He gave me a huge order of knots. I said, "wow thats alot... uh.. i didnt want that much." He then said, "well next time order the smaller order." Wow.... talk about being played. I wont ever step foot in there again. I used to order from there often and even highly recommend them, UNCLE VINNYS is WAY better... much nicer people, better quality, HUGE NYC style slices.

Apparently expecting local pizza places in tulsa to treat customers with an ounce of respect is FAR too much to ask. When you call a business and you can drive there faster than the kid on the phone can get back to you from his important chores, something is wrong. When I told them "hey you kept me on hold for 15 minutes then hung up on me" neither the kid or the owner seemed to give a rats ass. Good news is there is a hideaway pizza a mile down the road and they always say "thank you for your business". Listen up small business owners: your customer is not doing you a favor to hand over their money. You need to act at least SLIGHTLY appreciative.

Called to order a pizza and the "manager" who answered the phone to take my order was extremely rude. I dont think Ive ever dealt with an employee as rude as he was. He does not know how to treat a customer. Half of the items on the menu were not available and I live less than 5 miles away and he said "it was too far for delivery" when they have delivered to our house multiple times before. Pizza was good the first few times we were there but it isnt worth it knowing these rude people are making the pizza for you. They treated me like I was about to get spit in my pizza and I did nothing wrong and was nothing but nice. All I wanted was a pizza.

FOOD=AWESOME, Plus they have great customer service not the true sterotypical new york service but true down south I appreciate my customers kinda service. Just got an XL pizza and apparently one slice was flipped. Before I even knew that had happened the manager on duty had asked his co-worker to make me another slice to replace the flipped one. So I am already a repeat customer cause the food is great now a customer for life, due to the BEYOND COMPARIOSN (I would check that on a score card) SERVICE. I believe this place is better than marios in service and taste. So this is the place to get the best new york pizza in Tulsa OK.

This review is for the food only, my wife always orders and picks up the pie so I cannot comment on the service. I was born on L.I. and lived in Jersey so when a place in Oklahoma claims to have New York pizza I am always a bit skeptical. I have tried every so called authentic pizza place here in Tulsa and NYC is the only one that lives up to the claim. My biggest issue with most places is the crust. It is either too thick and hard or so thin it is soggy. NYC gets the crust perfect. I always go with the cheese pie and it is always hot, fresh, and authentic. These guys know what they are doing.

My boyfriend and I absolutely love this place. The value is unreal and the customer service is out of this world. Its obvious they genuinely care. We decided to go grab a slice of pizza at noon on a Sunday. We had no idea the didnt open until 4. We were kind bummed out sitting in the parking looking on our phones for a different place to eat when the owner walks out and asks us if he can make us anything. We walked inside and sat down while he put together a pizza for us. Made our day! Love these guys!
