Very disappointed. When did the prices go up? Since when do children under 3 cost anything? 99cents for my little crust eater? I can not believe that the amount of food my 18m eats cuts into your profit enough to justify 99cents for him to eat. Especially not since you expect me to buss my own table now too. If I wanted to do the dishes I would have ate at home. Quit trying to fancy the place up. Stick with traditional pizzas and bring back all you can eat for 2.99 and one more thing. Why are there 10 security cameras in dinning room watching me eat?

Came on a Friday afternoon. Wasnt busy at all. The salad bar is seriously lacking. The salad mix was frozen and stuck to the bottom of the pan. The veggies were old. The croutons were stale. And the salad dressing containers were pretty empty. The pizza bar was actually pretty good. The reason for 3 stars, instead of 1. The only issue I had with the pizza bar, was the fact that they dont make just cheese stuffed crust, only pepperoni. But thats something I can get over.

They made my Pizza wrong, didnt notice till I got home, but by then Cici was already close. I called them the next day and they said I could go back and get another one. Because I have a busy schedule I wasnt able to go, but I would call them and tell them another date. Finally had two days off so I went and they stilled remember. After two weeks of not being able to pick it up they stilled remember.

Had nothing good on buffet no pepperoni, no sausage,no beef, only thing on buffet was two Alfredo, a pizza with everything on it ,and a macaroni pizza did special order a pizza which did arrive quick and fresh only bad side to that took a bit to make order no-one behind counter finally got a hold of cook but took abit to explain my pepperoni sausage pizza since he didnt speak English

One the better locations east of 635/30 area. Great team of people working here as well. Have known the management who have run this place for several years and they know what they are doing. Buffet is always fresh and stocked with plenty of food. If you want something special made, they will gladly make one for you.

Clean and friendly atmosphere. Doug is an amazing manager. He is personable and caring. Watching him work with the staff and leading by example, shows his great leadership skills. If you had a Doug at each location, CiCis staff would be unstppable. Thank you Doug for being an inspiration.

Really disappointed with the staff not polite unprofessional we gave an order for a special pizza and they got it wrong we brought a party of ten I told the gentleman the order was wrong he stopped me mid sentence and said its coming I told him we got it and its wrong

We took our athletic team here after a game and they were very accommodating. They had food ready for us all evening, although they did run out and not replace the dessert options. Good experience overall.

I am not a big fan of Pizza but I love the pizza here! The alfredo pizza is by far the best! Second best would be the Taco Pizza!!! YUMMY!!!!

Piza was same as any Cicis which isnt a problem. they only have Styrofoam cups and the place just felt gritty.
