Health hazard. We are not ones to leave bad reviews, but my wife observed a child vomiting and reported it to the cashier right away so they could clean it up. They didnt- not thoroughly. There was still pieces of vomit under the table as we left and my wife could smell vomit as we walked past. We also observed mold on the base of a bench nearby, and an overall terribly unclean environment. My wife reported the mold to management, even showed the manager a picture of it, and he said something about a meeting two days ago basically brushed off her concerns and did not send anyone out to bleach it right away. As of the time we left the restaurant, no one had addresses any of the clearly filthy areas - even though my wife reported it and I was taking pictures and not being secretive about it at all... My family and I have been here numerous times, but we are resolved to never eat here again. We plan to write the district manager and perhaps contact the Health Department. There is a Little Caesars nearby that sells an amazing pizza for $6 (Extra pepperoni) that we will frequent for our budget pizza needs from now on.

I like this Cicis, our favorite one so far. We been to the one in Rockwall,Tx. Was Awful Awful, we had 5 adults in our party and order 2 special make pizzas they only made one and then just walk away, the manager there didnt show to care at all to take care of his customers, we do not want to go back again to that location again. Bad Service, rude....we never had a issue with Terrell location. Thanks Terrell cicis....

Every time me and my son go, there is pretty much nothing out for me to get for us to eat, at least nothing good anyways. They run out of the good pizza and take forever to put anymore back out. I special order it and it still takes forever. My son LOVES pizza and especially Cicis pizza, but I dread and hate taking him to this particular store. Bring back the chicken bacon ranch pizza!

We had a birthday party at cicis and the service was excellent. We got buffet for everyone but the manager came in several times to ask if our guest would like something not on buffet. Everyone of our guest really appreciated that. I would definitely go back to the CCs for another party.. Thanks for making my birthday boy feel special...

I love cicics but this one was not good. When we came in there were no pizzas on the bar and i figured 630, there wouldnt be. But it took forever to get the pizzas out and they were pizzas that most people wouldnt eat. So I order an Alfredo and it took almost 20 minutes to get it.

Whats the point in having the place open until 10 if they stop the buffet and hr before? I understand they have to clean and shut down equipment but thats something that can be done in 15 minutes or guess what,at closing time. Ridiculous.

More selection would be nice, the food is good, and depending on whos there the service is excellent, not a quiet place to go, can be very loud due to the fact that it is a family-based atmosphere so lot of yelling kids and crying kids.

Service was nice, but as I was watching the employees prep the pizza for the counter I noticed they were not wearing gloves. One lady was even talking on her phone as she was touching the pizza and putting it on the counter.

I like OUR CiCi better, only because THEY know how I like my SPECIAL pizza! This one it took THREE times and still wasnt correct! But overall it was a GREAT place, very clean! Staff was nice to us, Salad bar was CLEAN! :)

Really good pizza cooked to the way you want it if you cant find it on the line of pizzas thats featured. Good salad and dressings. Never have had a bad meal here. Management and serve staff are excellent.

Buffet pizza place. Cheap price for buffet but 2.50 for a drink is a little much. I only eat the spinach pizza which is very good. There other pizza....not so much.
