called and ordered to go. picked it up. got back to work. half the order missing. Was given to me all bagged up therefore i did not check it...should have apparently. food i did receive was ok. not terrible. not great. just ok. i can make what i had better. considering it is italian food i would think they would include a packet or two of parmesian cheese...pizza hut does for pizza...lol called to tell them i had not received part of my order and just received "yes maam" told them i will not be back....response "yes maam" at least he was polite. my advice...if you like mediocre italian...at least on the spaghetti and meatballs it was which is hard to screw up, kind of a canned tomatoe paste after taste....but if that is what you like then go here. if you want to pay for something and only receive half to go, then go here. prices were reasonable but now i can understand why i suppose....part of my job is to order once a month to be catered for 30 people...if it is italian we want, it will not be here. a very disappointing experience. maybe the salads are good? i wouldnt know...didnt receive mine..

My family discovered this place right after it opened and have been eating there at least once a week ever since! Benny is by far the best! His staff are the friendliest, his food is to die for, and Benny himself is just the nicest guy all the way around! My Mom and Dad visit this little restaurant sometimes 2 or 3 times a week still and a while back my Mom noticed a new lamp that Benny had up on the counter by the register and she commented on it. Benny of course said "Thank You" and told them the story behind how he came about getting the lamp. Then the next week when my parents came in to eat, Benny brought a package over to my Mom and said, "This is for you to enjoy!" My Mom opened it and he had given her the lamp. That is the kind of people that own this wonderful restaurant!

Ive ordered online several times from this place and their food was quite good so I decided to go in and try the place out. I got the impression it was going to be bad when the kid didnt offer to seat me. He seemed rather annoyed that I came in and wanted to actually eat in their restaurant. Ordering went smoothly, and my appetizer came which was a smaller portion than the delivery. Once my entree came out I asked where my salad was and while he apologized he was annoyed. I never got a refill on my water, and one of the other employees was in such a rush to get me out they door they came by wanting to take my plate while I still had bread in my hand. I may still order delivery from this place as their food is good, but i wont be back into their restaurant.

Chicken Parmigiana is quite tasty! The portion is enough for me to eat for 3 days (I do not eat much). My husband thoroughly enjoys the Lasagna. Atmosphere is nice, waiters/waitresses are attentive. Only one thing with me, the marinara sauce is a little too sweet for me. Hot food served hot; chilled food, like salad, served cool....I like that. My daughter and especially her boyfriend, LOVE the pizza! Prices are very reasonable to me. If you desire alcoholic beverages, you are welcomed to bring your own; they do not serve alcohol. If youre interested in having a family get together, Ladies Night Out, etc, they have a separate area for that. Nice place for families as well as a Date Night. I have recommended this place to people all over the DFW!!!

It was my first time ordering from them their portion sizes really good I ordered the fettuccine pasta and the sauce was really good and thick and they had a lot which thats what I like but when my food had got here it was already pretty much almost cold I also ordered some fried mushrooms and I asked them to make them extra crispy but when they got here they were kind of already soggy . The only downfall was that the person who delivered my food didnt give me my six dollars change back I gave him a 20 and he just took off so the food was good but the service I got from the delivery guy was not too great thats the only downfall.

I would but other food from them here are the reasons why 1 they do not eat there own food every time I ask whats good respond is I do but east here. 2 I asked them to deliver my co worker has ordered there before and they failed to deliver I went from one building to another and he kept moving around excuse being us night time he cant ask anyone on campus the location of where he needs to deliver 3 they where supposed to deliver at 730 didnt arrive in area till 755 and it sounded like he didnt want to deliver the food

Not just because we live a block away, but this is a good place. Very occasionally they may have long waits due to under staffing, but its rare. We are regulars and my kid always asks for chocolate milk to drink. One time we went and they were out of the syrup, much to our surprise they actually had someone run to the store and pick it up just to accommodate my 3 year old (I would have told him to suck it up). Sea Bass is excellent, lasagna and pizza are good as well.

I had a slice of pizza with pepperoni & sausage and salad with a Coke first I will say the place is nice & clean the waiter was great thus the 2 stars. As far as the food goes I think a $2 tombstone frozen pizza I make in my own oven has move flavor then this pizza here. the salad was warm very plain only tomatoes and olives and the dressing was watered down.last but not least the soda was flat. I only paid $7 but would rather pay more for better food

I just walked in my first time eating here. I order my food and the guy at the front desk hands me a plastic bag without even asking am I dining in. There were other customers that walked in and all of them got asked were they dining in. I ordered my food first before anyone started coming in but 8 other people got served before me. They have great food but racial profile in my personal experience.

Ive NEVER been treated so rudely in my life ! The owner called me a B when I explained to him the pizza we ordered was raw, and asked if he would please cook it a little longer. He said he didnt have time to mess with remaking orders, they were too busy. Thats the way v they cook their pizza and if I didnt like it, I didnt have to come back! Customers like me were too much trouble!

I have been coming to this restaurant for years - ever since it opened. Their pastas are great, their pizza is better than most chain pizza restaurants. And their garlic-herb dipping sauce for the bread is TO DIE FOR. Their salads are refreshing and savory. And the best part about it all, its BYOB. If I didnt live so far away now, it would still be my number 1 italian food joint.
